After Gaylord Palms in Orlando in May 2026, Fiber Connect 2027 moves to Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, June 13–16. The later date gives an extra month for builds after spring shows like BICSI Winter and RTIME. source
Inside Fiber Connect 2027
Fiber Connect rules that shape your booth
FBA's 2027 package excludes carpet or protective flooring and requires exhibitors to order it, along with hardline internet, electrical, catering and AV. We ship a booth floor that also carries the bench power and data runs.
Fiber Connect 2027 sells booths by section, Gold Section Premium, Green or Blue, with $300 for each corner, and members pay less in every section. We lay out the booth for the corners you buy so open sides face traffic.
Gaylord Opryland rooms at the $279 FBA rate can be booked only with the link in your registration confirmation, after registration opens November 9, 2026, with a May 20, 2027 cutoff. We book crew rooms the same way.
FBA's 2027 call for speakers asks applicants not to send session ideas or abstracts, because the association sets the topics; proposals close November 30, 2026. Tie your booth story to the track you apply for.

FBA prices Fiber Connect booths per 10×10 by section: Gold Section Premium, Green and Blue, with $300 per corner, and sells 10×10 and 20×20 space in the AI & Quantum Infrastructure Pavilion. A 10×20 carries one product family and a splicing bench; step up to a 20×20 island when outside-plant hardware and operator meetings share the space.

Fiber Connect draws installers who judge a closure or connector by working it. We build a bench at counter height with task lighting, waste trays for fiber scraps and locking storage for splicers and test sets, and we plan it next to the aisle so a demo pulls a crowd from the OpTIC Path Rodeo.
2Floor the bare hall
FBA's 2027 exhibitor page says carpet or protective flooring is not included and must be ordered. We ship a booth floor with the build, which also hides cable runs to the bench and screens, and keeps heavy reels and cabinets level.

Fiber Connect 2027 runs at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, with the conference, expo and hotel under one roof. FBA's booth package includes 8-foot black pipe and drape, 3-foot side drape, an ID sign, four exhibitor passes and an app listing; carpet, hardline internet, electrical, catering and AV are ordered through the 2027 Exhibitor Services Manual. The Expo Hall opens at 11:30 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, June 14–15. We order the services from the manual, ship to its warehouse address and set the booth on our own floor under our project manager.
