Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Hollywood Professional Association)
- Material handling at the La Quinta Resort & Club, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the La Quinta Resort & Club requires it
Published rates:
- Startup tabletop: $3,500 with one all-access ticket, 2027
- Standard 10' x 8' booth: $4,200 members, $5,000 non-members, 2027
- Applied Tech 12' x 8': $8,500, corporate members only, 2027
- All-Access pass: $2,495 members, $3,395 non-members, 2027
Key dates
- Call for proposals closes (speakers, roundtables, Innovation Zone): October 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- October 30, 2026: HPA's call-for-proposals deadline for speakers, roundtables and the Innovation Zone.
- November to December 2026: Innovation Zone application and acceptance; HPA closes the Zone in December or sooner if it sells out.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off for backdrop, monitor mounts, lighting and tabletop graphics.
- January 2027: Production in our Fishkill shop and monitor calibration with your demo content.
- Sunday, February 14, 2027: Kit arrives at La Quinta Resort & Club; we set the booth during the welcome activities.
- February 15–17, 2027: Innovation Zone open Monday to Wednesday; packed and shipped home after Wednesday's reception.

Checklist
- Submit the Innovation Zone application before HPA closes it in December
- Choose Startup, Standard, Plus or Applied Tech and note your space size
- List every display, workstation and light against the 20-amp drop
- Order dedicated internet from the resort if the demo runs in the cloud
- Book the $359 resort rate for staff with an All-Access pass
- Send demo footage so we calibrate monitors before shipping
- Plan meetings for the Monday to Wednesday cocktail receptions
