Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- December 2026: Booth space reserved with WISPA once ISPAMERICA 2027 exhibits open; floor position and size sent to us.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off: hardware list, terrain map artwork, counters and any mast.
- January 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY; radios and antennas fitted to their brackets before crating.
- February 2027: Contractor orders placed and freight shipped to the warehouse named in the ISPAMERICA exhibitor kit.
- Days before March 1, 2027: Move-in at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort; our project manager installs and tests every display.
- March 1–4, 2027: Show days, then dismantle and storage until WISPAPALOOZA in the fall or your next broadband show.

Checklist
- Ask showinfo@wispa.org when ISPAMERICA 2027 booth sales open
- Check WISPA Vendor Member pricing before you book space
- List every radio, antenna and enclosure to show, with weights
- Send coverage data or terrain areas for the backlit map
- Decide whether any demo needs live transmission
- Book lead retrieval, since only Conference Sponsors get the attendee list
- Book rooms at Harrah's Cherokee early; the resort is the main hotel in town
- Plan travel through Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)
