Harrah's Cherokee is a mountain resort, so we plan freight and install around one road in and a casino loading dock.

ISPAMERICA is the spring show of WISPA, the association of wireless internet service providers, renamed from WISPAMERICA in 2026 to cover wireless, fiber, satellite and next-generation broadband operators.Its tagline is Where Operators Go to Outbuild, Outsmart, Outperform, and WISPA describes a strong technical and training focus, with a Tech Vision Forum on the Monday in 2026 and two dozen panels. The 2027 edition moves to Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, the kind of hilly, rural coverage area many attendees serve. Visitors are hands-on operators who climb towers themselves, so hardware on the counter beats slides on a screen.

ISPAMERICA rules that shape your booth
At WISPA shows only Conference Sponsors receive an attendee list after the event (2025 and 2026 exhibitor pages), and conference sponsor packages include show-floor booth space. We plan a booth that earns badge scans through lead retrieval instead.
At WISPAPALOOZA 2026 WISPA bars dismantling before the published time and charges $2,500 per 100 square feet for early teardown. We book return travel after the close and plan for the same rule in Cherokee unless WISPA's 2027 kit says otherwise.
WISPA's 2026 fall show requires booths show-ready by 11:30 a.m. on opening day, with extended move-in only by prior approval. We schedule the ISPAMERICA install to finish well before WISPA's 2027 deadline.
WISPA's conference terms apply to anyone at a WISPA conference, registered or not, allow WISPA to remove people for misconduct and include consent to photography. Booth staff should know them; our project manager knows them too.

WISPA has not posted ISPAMERICA 2027 booth sizes or prices yet; at its fall WISPAPALOOZA 2026 show it sells 10×10 spaces and tabletops in a carpeted hall. We recommend a 10×20 with a hardware counter and a coverage-map wall, or a 20×20 when you show a full tower-to-home system.

Four things we get right for ISPAMERICA exhibitors
1Hardware first, slides second
ISPAMERICA's crowd installs the gear themselves. We mount radios, antennas and enclosures at eye level on secure brackets so visitors can lift and turn them, and put the spec sheet on a small card next to each unit instead of a screen across the booth.
2Show coverage on Smoky Mountain terrain
Cherokee sits in the mountains of Western North Carolina, and most attendees serve hills, valleys and trees. A backlit terrain map with real link paths and dead zones explains a radio or a fiber build faster than a throughput chart, and it gives the booth one strong image.
Keep RF demos quiet
A hall full of radio vendors means crowded spectrum. We build demos around cabled links, recorded spectrum captures and closed test fixtures rather than live open-air transmission, and we follow WISPA and venue direction on any live wireless gear once the 2027 exhibitor policies are out.
Freight for a mountain resort
Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort is a resort campus, not a downtown convention district. We ship compact, case-based booths that move on standard carts, book delivery windows with the resort and WISPA's contractor, and plan the drive on the mountain roads into Cherokee.

WISPA has not named the room ISPAMERICA 2027 will use. These are the spaces of the Cherokee Convention Center at Harrah's Cherokee, per the resort owner's fact sheet.
Exhibition Hall, 33,000 sq ft
The convention center's dedicated exhibit space, with a 6,000 square-foot Exhibition Hall pre-function area, opened in 2021 with the fourth hotel tower.
Our advice A hall this size suits a compact show; a 10×20 with strong lighting reads well across it.
Ballroom, 32,000 sq ft
Divisible into 22 meeting spaces, with an 11,100 square-foot ballroom pre-function area; ballroom carpet and chandeliers change how a booth is floored and lit.
Our advice If the expo lands in the ballroom, we add a booth floor and uplight the backwall rather than relying on room lighting.
Hotel towers and garage
More than 1,800 rooms across the resort's towers, including the 19-story Cherokee Tower, and a garage with over 2,600 spaces.

Logistics for ISPAMERICA 2027, handled
ISPAMERICA 2027 is at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, where the Cherokee Convention Center opened in 2021 with 83,000 square feet of space, including a 33,000 square-foot Exhibition Hall, a 32,000 square-foot ballroom, 22 meeting spaces and a garage with more than 2,600 spaces, per Caesars. WISPA has not yet named the 2027 hall, contractor or move-in times. At WISPAPALOOZA 2026, GES is the general contractor and early teardown costs $2,500 per 100 square feet, so we plan for similar terms. We ship to the official warehouse once named, and our project manager runs the build on site.

How many exhibitors are at ISPAMERICA?
WISPAMERICA 2025 had more than 100 exhibitors, per WISPA. The ISPAMERICA 2027 exhibitor count and list are not confirmed yet. WISPA's larger fall show, WISPAPALOOZA, expects close to 200 product, software and service exhibitors at Caesars Palace in November 2026.
Who organizes ISPAMERICA?
WISPA, the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association, organizes ISPAMERICA. Show questions go to showinfo@wispa.org, and WISPA runs its registration and exhibitor sales through wispaevents.org, the same system it uses for WISPAPALOOZA.
Can we rent a booth for ISPAMERICA?
A rental fits ISPAMERICA well: we supply the walls, counters and lighting, mount your radios and antennas, and print your coverage maps. Many WISPA exhibitors also show at WISPAPALOOZA in Las Vegas each fall, so a rental kit with swap-in graphics serves both shows.

Can we do live wireless demos at ISPAMERICA?
