Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to IEEE International Test Conference
- Material handling / drayage, if the ITC space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ITC venue requires
Published rates:
- One 10×10 booth: $3,750 early bird, $4,400 regular, ITC 2026
- Two booths (10×20): $7,500 early bird, $8,800 regular, ITC 2026
- Four booths: $15,000 early bird, $17,200 regular, ITC 2026
- Deposit: 20% non-refundable on application, 2026 contract
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late July 2027
- March 5, 2027: Paper titles and abstracts due if your engineers are presenting.
- Late July 2027: Design sign-off; booth drawing sent for ITC approval.
- August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; screens, cases and graphics built.
- September 2027: Utilities, AV and EAC forms filed; freight to the advance warehouse.
- October 10–15, 2027: ITC Test Week at the Grand Hyatt; booth set before the exhibits open.
- After the final exhibit day: Dismantle and freight home or to storage for the next test show.

Checklist
- Apply for space with three booth choices and your AON
- Decide between one, two, four or eight booth units
- List hardware to display: probe cards, sockets, load boards
- Send screen content showing coverage, test time or yield
- Submit paper titles and abstracts by March 5, 2027
