What makes ITC different, and how we build for it
ITC is the IEEE's premier forum for the electronic test of devices, boards and systems, the cornerstone of Test Week, with keynotes, visionary talks, paper sessions, posters, tutorials and workshops over six days.It is a hotel conference with a compact exhibit floor at the Grand Hyatt on the River Walk, where Siemens, Advantest, Synopsys, Teradyne, NI and specialist test houses meet the engineers who write test programs. The 2027 call for papers adds a Co-Packaged Optics and Optical I/O track beside the AI tracks introduced in 2026. Inside ITC 2027
Rules that shape your ITC booth
Exhibitors must be manufacturers, or their representatives, of products and services that fit the technical program or related work such as test houses and software. We keep booth messaging on test, where the audience is.
Display material may not show an unfinished surface to neighboring booths, and structures may not obstruct aisle traffic or adjacent booths' visibility. We finish both sides of every panel and keep counters inside the line.
All displays must be fireproofed to local, state and federal codes and follow IEEE's exhibit rules. We use flame-rated fabrics and panels and carry the certificates to San Antonio.
ITC's 2026 exhibitor manual asked exhibitors to email their booth design for approval before setup. We prepare the drawing as soon as your space is assigned so approval never holds up production.

ITC sells 10×10 booths in packages of one, two, four or eight units, assigned by continuity, priority number and application date. Most exhibitors take one or two units; we recommend two units (10×20) for a live demo plus a data screen, and four units for an ATE or burn-in system.

Four things we get right for ITC exhibitors
1Pass the booth design approval
ITC's 2026 exhibitor manual asked every company to email its booth design for approval, and the rules require finished surfaces on any side facing a neighbor. We send scaled drawings early and finish every panel, back and front.
2Make test data readable
Coverage, test time and yield numbers are ITC's language. We build a screen wall at standing height with a clean data story, and a counter where your engineer can open the full dashboard for a visitor.
Show the hardware small
Probe cards, sockets, load boards and burn-in boards are compelling up close. We make a shallow, lit case with labels on what each piece tests, so a visitor understands it before your specialist starts talking.
Build for a hotel floor
The Grand Hyatt exhibit area runs on hotel services: catering from Hyatt, utilities through Encore's EventNow and setup support from Pinnacle-Expo in 2026. We design light panels on rolling cases that fit service corridors and freight elevators.

Logistics for ITC 2027, handled
ITC's exhibits are inside the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk at 600 East Market Street, next to the convention center district. In 2026, Pinnacle-Expo handled booth setup support, advance warehouse labels and exhibitor appointed contractor forms, Encore's EventNow handled electrical and internet, and Hyatt catered booths; the 2027 contractors are not confirmed yet. We submit your booth drawing for ITC's design approval, ship to the advance warehouse on the official labels, file the EAC paperwork and our project manager sets the booth with hired local labor.

What are the ITC 2027 dates?
ITC 2027 and Test Week run October 10 to 15, 2027 at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk. The 2027 exhibit hall days are not confirmed yet; the 2026 edition ran October 11 to 16 at the same hotel.
Where is ITC 2027 held?
ITC returns to San Antonio for 2027, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, 600 East Market Street, which ITC names as the official conference hotel. The hotel booking link is on the ITC site.
How much does a booth at ITC cost?
ITC's 2026 contract priced booths in 10×10 units: one unit $3,750 early bird or $4,400 regular, two units $7,500 or $8,800, four $15,000 or $17,200, and eight $26,000 or $31,000. The early bird rate applied before the previous ITC exhibition ended.

How are ITC booth locations assigned?
Exhibit Management assigns space by the applicant's continuity with the conference, its assignment order number (AON, a priority number), application date and requirements. Companies list three booth choices on the application, and a 20% non-refundable deposit is invoiced after applying.
What are the ITC 2027 paper deadlines?
Paper titles and abstracts are due March 5, 2027, final PDFs April 9, with author notification on June 1. Two-page poster proposals are due July 9, 2027, with notification on July 23.
What is new at ITC 2027?
The 2027 call for papers introduces a Co-Packaged Optics and Optical I/O track covering photonic IC test, known-good optical dies, wafer-level photonic probing and optical link testing. It joins the Large AI Systems and AI for Test Efficiency tracks added in 2026.
What insurance do ITC exhibitors need?
Exhibitors carry general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence with IEEE named as additional insured, from a carrier rated A VIII or better by A.M. Best, plus workers' compensation under Texas law. As your exhibitor-appointed contractor, Purple files its own certificate of insurance.
What sponsorship packages does ITC offer?
ITC 2026 supporter packages ran from Silver at $7,000 to Diamond at $27,500, adding logo placement, recognition, attendee list access and, for Diamond and Platinum, a Supporter Forum presentation. Siemens was the 2026 Diamond supporter.
