Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Informa Connect)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the IWCE space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: Billed per cwt, 200 lb minimum, surcharges for uncrated or late freight (LVCC practice)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- November 13, 2026: IWCE's Super Early Bird registration pricing ends; invite customers before the rate rises.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off for radio walls, screens and any meeting room.
- January 2027: Production in our Las Vegas shop and Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days.
- February 2027: EAC form and insurance filed; freight to the advance warehouse.
- Days before March 10: Our project manager runs the North Hall install and tests every screen and radio cradle.
- March 10–11, 2027: Exhibit days; dismantle after the Thursday 4 p.m. close and back to our Las Vegas storage.

Checklist
- Request IWCE's 2027 sponsor and exhibitor guide and book space
- List every radio, console and network product with power needs
- Choose a coverage territory for the demo screen
- Send customer invites before Super Early Bird ends November 13, 2026
- Plan staff for two exhibit days and the training days before
- Book agency and dealer meetings for March 10–11
- Decide whether a drone or vehicle joins the booth
