Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Mobile Electronics Association
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the KnowledgeFest Las Vegas space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for KnowledgeFest Las Vegas
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space (MEA member): 10×20 $6,000; 20×20 $11,200; 20×30 $15,600, 2027 Las Vegas rates
- Booth space (non-member): $40 per sq ft for any size, 2027 agreement
- Manufacturer training: $1,000 for one hour, $3,000 for four, 2027 agreement
- Booth build: 10×20 rental $7,500–$15,000; custom 20×20 $50,000–$120,000, Purple's 2026 planning range
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- Early November 2026: Space contract signed with MEA; booth size, demo boards and any show vehicle decided.
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off with product list, power needs and demo wiring plan.
- December 2026: Production and print in our Las Vegas shop; demo boards wired and tested with your gear.
- January 2027: Contractor forms and freight booked on the exhibitor kit's schedule once it is published.
- Days before February 5, 2027: Install led by your Purple project manager; product powered and tested before doors open.
- February 5–7, 2027: Show days; dismantle after close and the booth back to storage in Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Send your MEA space agreement: size, booth number and member or non-member rate
- List every product to run live, with power draw and how it is wired
- Decide whether a show vehicle comes, and confirm a 20×20 or larger
- Book your manufacturer training hours and send the session plan
- Send dealer program sheets, show specials and brand files
- Tell us whether the booth travels on to Atlantic City or Detroit
- Book rooms through MEA's host hotel portal once 2027 housing opens
