Car audio and remote-start retailers come to KnowledgeFest to learn an install and leave with an order, so the booth has to show the wiring, not just the box. We build and print in our Las Vegas shop, minutes from the Strip, and your Purple project manager leads the build using whatever labor the venue mandates.

What makes KnowledgeFest Las Vegas different, and how we build for it
KnowledgeFest is the 12-volt channel's own event, produced by the Mobile Electronics Association, publisher of Mobile Electronics magazine.The people walking the Mobile Electronics Show floor own and run car audio, remote start and safety shops, or install in them. They come for three education tracks (Technical/Fabrication, Sales & Marketing, Owner/Manager), sit in manufacturer product training hours, and stay for Beer & Business and the Mobile Electronics Industry Awards, where Retailer of the Year and Installer of the Year are named. In MEA's 2025 survey 89% of respondents placed new orders during the events, so the floor is a buying floor.
Shop owners who decide which lines to carry next season. They want margin, MAP and dealer terms in plain numbers, show specials, and a seat to write the order before the training block starts.

Rules that shape your booth
The 2027 agreement prices space for MEA members from $26 to $30 per sq ft by size; non-members pay $40 per sq ft. We put the space line on your budget at the rate you qualify for.
Under the 2026 prospectus a show vehicle outside your space costs $1,000, needs a 20×20 or larger and is limited. We plan the vehicle's place and the booth graphics together when you book.
KnowledgeFest charges 10% to cancel or downgrade from the contract date, 25% from 60 days after it, 75% within 75 days of the event and 100% within 60 days. We lock the booth design before the penalties step up.
Programs worth planning for
In its 26th year in 2027, naming Retailer of the Year, Installer of the Year and other categories at the awards banquet at KnowledgeFest Las Vegas 2027; category sponsorships were $5,000 each in the 2026 prospectus.
Exhibitors buy one to four hours of training, $1,000 to $3,000 on the 2027 agreement, alongside MEA's Technical/Fabrication, Sales & Marketing and Owner/Manager tracks.
KnowledgeFest's evening networking event; sponsors get onsite signage and branded drink tickets, from $5,000 in the 2026 prospectus.

KnowledgeFest sells inline space from 10×10 to 20×50 at 2027 member rates, and a show vehicle outside the booth needs a 20×20 or larger (2026 prospectus). For car audio and remote start brands we recommend a 10×20 with a working demo board, or a 20×20 when you want a vehicle in the booth.

Four things we get right for KnowledgeFest Las Vegas exhibitors
1Show the install, not the box
KnowledgeFest buyers install for a living. We build demo boards with the product powered and wired, harnesses and modules visible behind clear panels, and a cut dash or door skin so a technician can see exactly how it fits before the shop orders.
2Glow that reads in a dark hall
Car audio sells with light: illuminated amps, LED speaker rings, screens on head units. We keep the booth's own lighting low and warm around the product, so the product's glow does the work, and light the order counter brighter for paperwork.
Plan around training hours
MEA sells manufacturer training by the hour ($1,000 for one hour on the 2027 agreement), and traffic follows the schedule. We add seating, a screen and the same demo board you train on, so techs who leave a session walk straight to your booth.
Earn the show vehicle
A show vehicle outside the space needs a 20×20 or larger and is limited (2026 prospectus). If a build vehicle is your best salesperson, we size the booth for it, plan graphics that frame the car, and keep the install visible with doors and trunk open.

Logistics for KnowledgeFest Las Vegas 2027, handled
The 2027 KnowledgeFest venue in Las Vegas is not confirmed yet; in 2026 the show ran at the Paris Hotel & Convention Center, and MEA's 2026 partner benefits named Shepard Exhibitor Services for material handling. We build and print in our Las Vegas shop, so demo boards, wiring panels and graphics are made close to the show and can be fixed overnight. Our project manager runs the install with the labor the show requires, books freight once the exhibitor kit names the contractor and dates, and stores the booth in Las Vegas between shows.
