Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your NAB Show New York booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Javits Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for NAB Show New York
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Javits Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $45 per sq ft flat rate, 2027
- Turnkey booths: Standard 10×10 $5,700, 10×20 $12,750; Lounge 10×10 $7,000, 10×20 $12,350 (2027)
- Meeting room: $6,000 private room, 2027
- Drayage: About $195 per cwt, 200 lb minimum (Purple planning figure, 2026–2027)
Key dates
- 50% deposit on 2027 booth space due to NAB: December 14, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Spring 2027
- By December 14, 2026: 50% deposit on 2027 booth space due to NAB; we start concepts against your booth number.
- Spring 2027: Design sign-off; island renderings and stamped truss or LED drawings prepared for NAB and Javits Fire & Safety.
- June 14, 2027: Full payment for 2027 space due to NAB.
- July to August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; graphics printed and monitors tested with your footage.
- Days before September 29: Freight through the Javits marshaling facility; our project manager has the booth built, powered and the demo running.
- September 29–30, 2027: Show days; dismantle after close and the booth trucks back to Fishkill for storage.

Checklist
- Pay the 50% space deposit to NAB by December 14, 2026
- Copy the Level 3 booth number and type onto the brief you send us
- Write down each camera, switcher and transmitter with its wattage and network needs
- Decide on an LED wall or hanging sign and order stamped engineering
- Book a $6,000 Level 2 meeting room if buyers need privacy
- Pay the balance by June 14, 2027 and send graphics to Purple
- Pre-schedule network and sports buyers for the two show days
