Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to NAMM
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the NAMM Show space rate
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Housing: EventSphere rates $189–$357 a night for 2027 across 39 hotels

Key dates
- Freeman incentive discount deadline for carpet, labor, electrical, rigging and AV: December 28, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off; variance, hanging sign and multi-story requests ready for the November 13 deadline.
- November 2026: Production in our Fishkill and Las Vegas shops; structural stamps for any multi-story booth.
- December 2–15, 2026: EAC insurance form December 2, electrical and rigging plans December 3, fire marshal permits December 15.
- December 18, 2026 to January 15, 2027: Freight to Freeman's advance warehouse; Freeman orders placed before the December 28 incentive deadline.
- January 22–27, 2027: Target move-in and install with our project manager; booth finished before the exhibit days.
- January 28 to February 2, 2027: Show days, then dismantle from 5 p.m. January 30 by appointment, finishing by 2 p.m. February 2.

Checklist
- Send your NAMM contract: hall, booth number, size and open sides
- List every instrument and system you will demo, with amp and speaker power
- Decide on a stage, artist schedule and closed demo room or meeting room
- Confirm height plans and hanging signs; late variance requests are not accepted on site
- Order Freeman services before December 28, 2026 and ship by January 15, 2027
- Book EventSphere rooms and note the January 7 cancellation cutoff
- Plan staff for the 3-minute demo and 85 dB rules
