Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Open Compute Project Foundation)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the OCP Global Summit space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for OCP Global Summit
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the OCP Global Summit venue requires

Key dates
- OCP 2027 sponsor applications close: November 20, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late July 2027
- November 2–20, 2026: OCP's online sponsor application window is open; we help you scope which package fits the hardware you plan to show.
- January 15, 2027: Sponsor contracts due; send us your package, the racks and sleds you will show and their weights.
- March 2027: Booth location selection; we fit the concept to your space and neighbors.
- Late July 2027: Design sign-off for structure, plinths, graphics and the power and data plan.
- August to early September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas in 30 to 45 days; crates built for rack-weight hardware; freight booked to the advance warehouse.
- October 4–7, 2027: Summit days at Moscone Center; your Purple project manager stays on call, then runs dismantle and return freight.

Checklist
- Apply in OCP's sponsor window, November 2 to 20, 2026
- Sign the sponsor contract by January 15, 2027
- List every rack, sled, power shelf and cooling part to show, with weights and power draw
- Note which designs are OCP-accepted contributions and which are on the OCP Marketplace
- Decide on Executive or Expo Hall Session add-ons before they sell out
- Book a downtown hotel suite for meetings, since packages no longer include rooms
- Plan booth location selection for March 2027
- Approve the concept, plinth loads and the power and data plan by late July 2027
