OCP Global Summit 2027San Francisco exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines

The 2027 OCP Global Summit runs October 4 to 7, 2027 at Moscone Center in San Francisco. The 2027 expo hours are not confirmed yet; OCP posts the schedule overview closer to the Summit, as it did for the October 12 to 15, 2026 edition.

Moscone Center in downtown San Francisco. OCP announced on September 1, 2026 that the Summit moves there from San Jose starting in 2027, for more room for attendees and exhibitors, and has already booked Moscone for 2028, 2029 and 2030.

OCP's 2027 sponsor booths cost $225,000 for a Diamond 20×20 ($295,000 at 20×30), $165,000 for an Emerald 20×10, $110,000 for a Ruby 15×10, $80,000 for a Sapphire 10×10 and $55,000 for a Topaz 8×8. A custom Diamond build from us is separate; send the hardware list for a fixed proposal.

Apply online. Beginning November 2, 2026 OCP runs a three-week sponsor application window that closes November 20, reviews applications November 23 to December 11 and notifies companies December 14 to 25. Contracts are due January 15, 2027 and booth locations are chosen in March.

OCP considers previous sponsorship, OCP membership, volunteer leadership roles, contributions, products on the OCP Marketplace, participation in project calls, event attendance and overall community engagement. Companies outside the number of available booth slots in a cycle are not allocated a booth.

Custom builds are allowed at Diamond and Emerald level, and OCP's 2027 pricing page states they are not permitted for Sapphire or Topaz. For those packages we make printed graphics, a demo counter, a monitor mount and lighting that work inside the organizer's booth.

The 2026 Summit in San Jose drew 15,000 attendees, a 38% increase over the 10,835 who came in 2025, and OCP called it sold out and the largest Global Summit in its history. The expo had 178 sponsors with 158 booths across 2 exhibit halls.

2026 Diamond sponsors included AMD, Arm, Cisco, Dell, Google, HPE, Intel, Lenovo, Marvell, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Samsung, Supermicro and Wiwynn, alongside cooling and power companies such as Danfoss, Eaton and Rittal, and test makers such as Keysight.

Executive Sessions and Expo Hall Sessions are no longer included and become $10,000 add-ons, one per sponsor at eligible levels. Meeting rooms are no longer in packages because all convention space goes to programming; OCP connects top sponsors with local hotels instead.

Live hardware is common on the OCP floor; the 2026 Innovation Village ran 7 project stations and 10 technology demos. Power, data and any liquid loop are ordered through the official contractors once OCP issues the 2027 exhibitor kit, and we plan drip containment and service access into the booth.

Union crews set up at Moscone under the center's contractor agreements. Our own project manager directs those crews, and we plan crating and forklift time for rack-weight hardware.

We build Diamond and Emerald booths with modular plinths and graphics that travel. The same kit fits SC in November and NVIDIA GTC in March, and we store it between shows in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas.

Once your package is confirmed in December 2026 or January 2027, start the concept; booth locations follow in March. We want design sign-off by late July 2027 for a 30 to 45 day build and freight to the advance warehouse in September.

OCP points attendees to downtown San Francisco hotels, many within walking distance of Moscone Center. Its 2027 packages no longer include meeting rooms, so sponsors often book a downtown hotel suite for meetings, and SFO is about 25 to 40 minutes away by car, per the Purple venue guide.
