Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your PCB East booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the PCB East space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the DCU Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the PCB East venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage, crated to advance warehouse: $110 per cwt, PCB East 2026 Capital rate sheet
- Drayage, uncrated: $146 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026
- Booth package: 10×10 drape booth, table, 2 chairs, power, lead app
Key dates
- Register all exhibit staff for PCB East: April 5, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off: backdrop artwork, tabletop riser and board list agreed.
- March 2027: Printing and riser production in Fishkill, NY; banners proofed against the 8-foot limit.
- April 5, 2027: All exhibit staff registered with PCB East.
- April 27, 2027: Move-in 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; display set and lit; exhibitor and speaker reception 5 to 6:30 p.m.
- April 28, 2027: Booth ready by 8 a.m. for the walk-through; exhibition 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- April 28, 2027, evening: Teardown from 5 to 10 p.m.; kit returns to storage for PCB West or your next show.

Checklist
- Confirm your booth number and how many adjoining booths you contracted
- Pick the boards, panels and coupons for the lit riser
- Send logo and one-line capability statement for the backdrop
- Register every staff member with PCB East by April 5, 2027
- Request approval now for any heavy equipment
- Book a Wednesday-night freight pickup after the 5 p.m. close
- Decide if the kit travels on to PCB West
