Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Nationwide Marketing Group
- Material handling / drayage, if the Nationwide PrimeTime! space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Henry B. González Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $95 per cwt, Purple's 2026 planning figure for the center
- Booth build: 10×20 rental $7,500–$15,000; custom 20×20 $50,000–$120,000, Purple's 2026 planning range
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 2026: Space confirmed with NMG; categories, products and room settings chosen.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off with product list, power loads and graphics for show pricing.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Production in our Fishkill and Las Vegas shops; price panels printed last.
- Late January 2027: Freight booked on the contractor's schedule once the exhibitor kit is out.
- Days before February 20, 2027: Install led by your Purple project manager at the Henry B. González Convention Center.
- February 20–23, 2027: Show days; dismantle after close and storage for the summer PrimeTime.

Checklist
- Send your NMG space confirmation: booth number, footprint and open sides
- List each product to run live, with power draw, water and weight
- Send your CashBack, HotShow and Palooza offers for the price panels
- Decide which room settings to build: kitchen, living room, bedroom
- Tell us whether the booth also goes to the summer PrimeTime
- Book rooms only through PrimeTime registration once it opens
