Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your SC Supercomputing booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the venue requires it

- SC27 space selection meeting at SC26: November 18, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before SC27 move-in
- November 18, 2026: SC27 space selection meeting at SC26 in Chicago; choose your SC27 space and send us the booth number and size.
- When SC27 dates and city are published: We match the plan to the venue's docks, labor rules and freight targets.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: structure, plinths for hardware, graphics, power and network plan.
- 30 to 45 days before shipping: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas; crates built for racks and nodes.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight to the advance warehouse; service and SCinet orders filed.
- Move-in, show days and teardown: Our project manager runs the install, stays on call through the exhibits and finishes teardown inside SC's move-out window.
