The HPC marketplace returns: plan the SC 2027 booth from SC26 in Chicago
SC visitors spend hours on the exhibit floor comparing processors, storage, interconnects and cooling, and research centers show beside vendors. We build HPC booths that carry real hardware and plan SC27 around the space you choose at SC26.

What makes SC Supercomputing different, and how we build for it
SC calls its floor the largest HPC marketplace, and the numbers back it: in SC's attendee survey, visitors spent an average of 8.2 hours with exhibitors and planned $5.5 million in average spending, and 35% came from outside the United States. The floor mixes vendor booths with Integrated Research Exhibits from national labs and universities, and SCinet builds a dedicated network to the exhibit hall. The Exhibitor Forum gives booth holders a 20-minute technical slot, provided the talk is engineering, not a sales pitch. Space for SC27 is chosen at the SC27 space selection meeting held during SC26, a year before the doors open.
Real boards, blades and racks they can inspect, with benchmark results, interconnect topology and power figures presented as engineering data.
Proof that your system serves science workloads, references from other centers, and a seated place to talk procurement timelines and grants.
Liquid cooling hardware, storage enclosures and networking shown at full size, with service access, density and efficiency figures they can compare.
Your team in Chicago
One project manager, two shops, the whole SC Supercomputing build
For SC Supercomputing, we build in our own shop in Fishkill, NY, and at our Las Vegas hub, ship to the venue, and put our own project manager on the floor with vetted local labor for the install. A predictable 30–45-day turnaround, secure storage and a pre-show QA before SC Supercomputing.
Your staff walks onto the SC Supercomputing floor and the booth is already lit and stocked. You just show up.
Inside SC Supercomputing 2027
SC Supercomputing rules that shape your booth
SC reserves booth space on a first-come, first-reserved basis through its online application, and SC27 space selection takes place at SC26 on November 18, 2026. We start design from the space you select there.
At SC26 move-in ran Thursday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and all booths had to be fully set up by 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 15 (2026 rules). We schedule hardware installs early so power-on tests finish before that deadline.
SC26 move-out opened at 3 p.m. Thursday and every booth had to be torn down by noon on Friday, November 20 (2026 rules). We pre-label crates and book the return freight so racks leave on time.
Only exhibitors with an Industry or Research booth may submit, one talk per booth, and SC rejects submissions with a marketing or sales focus. We keep the booth's slide design matched so attendees find you after the talk.
Programs worth planning for
The network SC builds and delivers to the exhibit floor; booth connections go through the SCinet Connection Request System, which opened July 10, 2026 for SC26, and partners run the Network Research Exhibition.
A showcase of HPC, networking and storage advances from institutions around the world, placed on the same floor as vendor booths.
20-minute technical talks with 10 minutes of Q&A for Industry or Research booth holders, one per booth; SC26 submissions ran June 8 to August 7, 2026.
A recruiting table on the SC26 floor on November 18, 2026: ,500 for research exhibitors, ,000 for industry exhibitors and non-exhibitors, with an 8-foot table and two registrations.
SC is the research and government side of high-performance computing, with national labs and universities on the floor; choose it over the OCP Global Summit when your buyers run supercomputing centers rather than hyperscale cloud fleets. Popular booth sizes at SC Supercomputing
SC sells exhibit space on a first-come, first-reserved basis through its online application, and SC27 space is selected at a meeting during SC26. Vendors and research institutions take everything from small research booths to large islands; we build from 10×20 up and recommend a 20×20 or larger when you show racks.

Case study · KLEEMANN
KLEEMANN at an industrial technology exhibition
An interactive booth for a global elevator manufacturer: digital simulations, real product showcases and a floor plan that guided visitors from first step to last.
KLEEMANN's booth guided engineers from simulation to real equipment in a set order; an SC booth does that from benchmark result to the node that produced it.

04 Designing for supercomputer, server, processor, accelerator, storage, interconnect, cooling and HPC software vendors, plus research institutions at SC Supercomputing
Four things we get right for SC Supercomputing exhibitors
1Built for 8-hour visitors
SC's survey puts the average time attendees engage with exhibitors at 8.2 hours, so people come back and go deep. We design a fast front for the aisle and a second, quieter layer with seating, whiteboard walls and screens for the long architecture conversation.
2Hardware weight and power first
Racks, liquid-cooled nodes and storage arrays are heavy and power hungry. We start from your equipment list, size plinths and floor loads, and plan circuits and SCinet connections so a live demo runs all week.
3Speak research, not marketing
SC rejects Exhibitor Forum talks that read like sales pitches, and the floor rewards the same tone. We set booth copy as engineering fact: workloads, benchmarks, partner labs and published results, with a QR code to the paper.
4Booth staff who can teach
With 84% of attendees reporting new research contacts, the booth works like a seminar room. We add a small presentation wall and a counter where an engineer can sketch a topology for a visiting scientist.

Ask these before you sign
Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for SC Supercomputing:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the SC Supercomputing show contractor bills?
- Is the booth built in your own shop or by a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor at the venue for install and dismantle?
- For SC Supercomputing, what is in the rental and what is billed by the show?
- Where is the booth stored after the show, and at what cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it to the venue, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to SC Supercomputing.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground at the venue: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager on your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready for SC Supercomputing in two to three weeks. You will know on the first call what is realistic for your SC Supercomputing date.
