Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to SEMI
- Material handling (drayage) at the Phoenix Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the SEMICON West venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $140 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 Phoenix planning rate
- Booth build: 10×20 rental $7,500–$15,000; custom 20×20 $50,000–$120,000, Purple's 2026 planning range
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off; island, peninsula and hanging sign drawings prepared for SEMI approval.
- Late January 2027: Hanging sign plans to SEMI show management, at least 60 days before move-in under the 2026 rules.
- February 2027: Production in Las Vegas or Fishkill, NY; structures over 16 ft engineered and stamped.
- March 2027: Booth ships to the official contractor's advance warehouse for Phoenix; service orders filed.
- Days before March 30, 2027: Move-in on the contractor's schedule; our project manager installs and sets the hardware.
- March 30–April 1, 2027: Show days, then dismantle and return to Las Vegas storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send Purple your booth number, type (inline, peninsula, island) and size from your SEMI contract
- List hardware for the floor with weights, dimensions and any power or air needs
- Decide on a hanging sign so drawings reach SEMI 60 days before move-in
- Flag any laser logo or projected lighting for the design review
- Book Phoenix hotels near the convention center or the light rail
- If you also exhibit at Chiplet Summit, plan two teams for the same dates
