Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to TestConX)
- Material handling at Mesa, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at Mesa
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where Mesa requires it
Published rates:
- 8 ft tabletop booth: $3,200, TestConX 2027, maximum two
- 10 ft tabletop booth: $3,800, TestConX 2027, maximum two
- Extra staff badge: $800 in advance, $950 on site, 2027
Key dates
- Publicity and directory listing due for TestConX 2027: January 5, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- December 19, 2026: Full presentations due if your engineers are speaking.
- January 5, 2027: Publicity and directory listing and your exhibit schedule times due; design sign-off.
- January 2027: Backdrop, table cover and product riser built and printed.
- On or about February 1, 2027: Exhibitor Kit, shipping instructions and booth locations arrive; freight booked to the drayage company.
- February 15, 2027: Proof of insurance or acceptance of liability due.
- February 28–March 2, 2027: Setup from Sunday; EXPO open Monday and Tuesday; pack-out at the time in the shipping instructions.

Checklist
- Register for an 8 ft or 10 ft booth, or two joined
- Send the publicity and directory listing by January 5, 2027
- Choose sockets, contactors or boards for the lit riser
- Send screen content: contact resistance, life cycles, signal results
- File proof of insurance by February 15, 2027
- Ship to the drayage company on the Exhibitor Kit labels
