Six feet deep, all contact: TestConX 2027 tabletop booths in Mesa
TestConX sells a 6-foot-deep tabletop with pipe and drape, a skirted table and one outlet, in 8 or 10 foot widths. We build the backdrop, the socket and contactor display, the screen and the lighting to fit that space, then ship it to the official drayage company.

- EXPO sold out, per TestConX
- 6 ft tabletops from $3,200
What makes TestConX different, and how we build for it
TestConX calls itself the event for test consumables, test cell integration and test operations, and its program has grown to cover validation, advanced packaging test, system-level test and module test. The EXPO sits next to the technical program ballroom and opens for concentrated evening and late-afternoon sessions, so every exhibitor sees the same crowd in the same few hours. Johnstech, Cohu, Advantest Interconnect Solutions, Smiths Interconnect, Technoprobe and Yamaichi share a floor of tabletops, and the EXPO has sold out for several years. The winning booth here is small and dense: a contactor under a magnifier, a load board, and an engineer at the table.
Contact resistance, current rating and life-cycle data next to the actual socket or contactor, and someone who can talk pitch and pin geometry.
Throughput, changeover and maintenance numbers, handler compatibility and a quick read on lead times for their next device.
Signal integrity results, via and stack-up options and a board they can pick up and inspect at the table.
Your team in Mesa
From our two shops to the TestConX floor
Production happens in our own shop in Fishkill, NY, and at our Las Vegas hub, and we ship to Mesa and install with vetted local labor, led by our own project manager on the floor. Expect a 30–45-day build for TestConX, secure storage and a pre-show QA.
Your team arrives at TestConX to a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.
Inside TestConX 2027
Rules that shape your TestConX booth
Booth backdrops may be no more than 8 feet high and no wider than the booth, and partitions may not be moved without the EXPO coordinator's approval. We size the printed backdrop and its frame to fit inside the drape exactly.
Exhibits must ship to the designated drayage company, not to the hotel, and the exhibitor pays shipping, drayage, setup, storage and utilities. We pack the TestConX kit into labeled cases built for that handoff.
TestConX states the exhibit areas are not secured during non-exhibit hours; the Atrium stays open and ballroom doors are typically locked. We add a lockable case so sample sockets and boards can stay put overnight.
Decorations must be flameproof and electrical equipment must be in good working order and pass the local fire inspection. We use flame-rated fabrics and listed cords and lights, with certificates in the case.
Booths may not be shared, and exhibitors must be manufacturers or representatives of qualifying products or services, as TestConX decides. Your graphics carry one brand and the product line that fits packaged-device test.
Programs worth planning for
30-minute talks with about 5 minutes of Q&A, PowerPoint only and no paper; priority topics include AI test, chiplet and singulated die handling, photonics test and fine-pitch socketing. Full presentations are due December 19, 2026.
Poster presenters get a reserved session and prepare three oversized pages, each 24 inches wide by 36 inches high, under the same 2027 call for presentations.
Packages and pricing go to registered exhibitors, and the sponsorship level counts when booth locations are assigned, together with exhibiting seniority.

Popular booth sizes at TestConX
TestConX does not sell open floor space: every exhibitor takes a 6-foot-deep tabletop, 8 or 10 feet wide, and a company may join two for 16 or 20 feet. The honest answer here is a tabletop kit rather than a custom 10×20 build. We supply an 8-foot-high backdrop, a table cover, a lit product riser and a screen.

Case study · KLEEMANN
KLEEMANN at an industrial technology exhibition
Digital simulations, real product showcases and a floor plan that guided visitors from first step to last, in an interactive booth for a global elevator manufacturer.
KLEEMANN let visitors move from the data to the physical machine; a TestConX tabletop works the same way at a smaller scale, from the test results on screen to the contactor under the magnifier.
Read the KLEEMANN case study All case studies →“Purple Exhibits made us look good. The booth was one of the nicest displays in our section of the convention center and generated a lot of positive comments from both customers and industry peers. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference.”

Four things we get right for TestConX exhibitors
1Stay under eight feet
The 2027 EXPO Agreement caps backdrops at 8 feet and no wider than the booth, and the pipe-and-drape partitions may not be moved without the EXPO coordinator. We print a backdrop that fits the drape frame exactly and carries your name above table height.
2Put the contactor under light
Socket and contactor buyers judge pins, plating and geometry up close. We build a lit riser with a magnifier and labels on pitch and current rating, so an engineer can read the part before your specialist starts talking.
Plan for a ballroom after hours
The EXPO runs in the Atrium and the Ocotillo and Palo Verde Ballrooms, and the agreement says exhibit areas are not secured outside exhibit hours; the Atrium stays open. We design a lockable case for samples and a screen that comes off the stand in one minute.
One outlet, used well
Each booth includes a single 110V power strip. We plan the screen, the light riser and a laptop on that one circuit, and order extra electrical only when a live demo fixture needs it.

Where you could be at TestConX 2027
The 2027 EXPO Agreement names three spaces for booths; booth locations arrive with the Exhibitor Kit on or about February 1, 2027.
Atrium
Booth space that stays open when the exhibit areas are closed.
Our advice Plan to lock samples away each night; we build a case that sits under the skirted table.
Ocotillo Ballroom
Ballroom booth space; doors are typically locked outside exhibit hours.
Our advice Ballroom lighting is even and low, so a lit product riser does most of the work.
Palo Verde Ballroom
The second ballroom named for 2027 booths, used together with or instead of Ocotillo.
Our advice Locations weigh sponsorship level and seniority; we design one kit that fits any of the three.

TestConX exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before TestConX
When is TestConX 2027?
TestConX 2027 runs February 28 to March 3, 2027 in Mesa, Arizona, the 28th annual edition. Setup starts Sunday, February 28, and the EXPO is open on Monday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 2.
Where is TestConX 2027 held?
TestConX 2027 is in Mesa, Arizona. The hotel is not confirmed yet on the TestConX site; the 2027 EXPO Agreement places booths in the Atrium and the Ocotillo and Palo Verde Ballrooms. The 2026 edition was at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa, 1011 West Holmes Avenue.
How much does a booth at TestConX cost?
A 2027 TestConX booth costs $3,200 for an 8-foot tabletop or $3,800 for a 10-foot tabletop, both 6 feet deep, with a maximum of two booths per company. Two staff badges are included; extra badges are $800 in advance or $950 on site.
What comes with a TestConX tabletop booth?
Each booth includes pipe and drape, a draped and skirted table, two chairs, a company ID sign, a wastebasket and one standard 110V outlet. Internet, telephone, extra power and decorating cost extra, and staff badges include the workshop meals and social events.
What are the TestConX 2027 exhibitor deadlines?
Publicity and directory listing applications and exhibit schedule times are due January 5, 2027. The Exhibitor Kit and booth locations arrive on or about February 1, and proof of insurance is due February 15, 2027.
When is move-in for TestConX 2027?
Setup can begin Sunday, February 28, 2027, the day before the EXPO opens. Teardown may not start until the date and time given in the shipping instructions, which come with the Exhibitor Kit around February 1.
What are the TestConX EXPO hours?
The 2027 EXPO totals about six hours over Monday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 2; the exact times are not confirmed yet. In 2026 the EXPO ran 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday and 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Who exhibits at TestConX?
The 2026 EXPO listed 67 companies, including Johnstech, Cohu, Advantest Interconnect Solutions, Smiths Interconnect, Technoprobe, Yamaichi Electronics USA, LEENO, WinWay Technology, Aehr Test Systems and Indium. They make sockets, contactors, probe and test boards, burn-in systems and materials.
Is it hard to get a booth at TestConX?
The EXPO has sold out for the last several years, per TestConX. 2026 exhibitors had priority on same-size space until September 1, 2026; after that new exhibitors are added in the order registrations arrive, and placement weighs sponsorship level and exhibiting seniority.
How tall can a TestConX booth be?
Backdrops may be at most 8 feet high and no wider than the booth, and the pipe-and-drape partitions stay where TestConX puts them. We design every TestConX backdrop to that frame, so it sets up in minutes.
Can we ship our booth to the hotel?
Exhibits go to the designated drayage company, not the hotel, per the EXPO Agreement, and the exhibitor pays shipping, drayage, setup, storage and utilities. We label the cases to the instructions in the Exhibitor Kit.
What hotels are near TestConX 2027?
The 2027 TestConX hotel is not confirmed yet. In 2026 the workshop and EXPO were held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa on West Holmes Avenue, and attendees stayed there; watch the TestConX site for the 2027 hotel link.
Can Purple build a booth inside a TestConX tabletop?
We build what the format allows: an 8-foot backdrop, a fitted table cover, a lit product riser, a screen mount and a lockable sample case. We do not pitch a custom 10×20 here, because TestConX sells only 6-foot-deep tabletops.
How does TestConX compare with ITC?
ITC in San Antonio is the IEEE test meeting for DFT, ATE and yield, with 10×10 booth units. TestConX is narrower and more hands-on: sockets, contactors, load boards, handlers and burn-in for packaged-device test, sold as tabletops beside the session ballroom.
Before you sign for TestConX
Five things to ask every builder quoting TestConX:
- Are all fees on paper, including what the contractor at Mesa bills?
- Who builds the TestConX booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Does your project manager stay on the floor through install and dismantle in Mesa?
- What is inside the rental price, and what is billed by the show?
- Where is the booth stored after the show, and at what cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh its graphics, repair what is worn, ship and install it for TestConX, and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to TestConX.
Exhibiting from outside the US? For TestConX, we act as your team on the ground: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, and one project manager who answers your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? Rentals with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. On the first call, we tell you what is realistic for TestConX.
