The operating context
Introduce the maritime application with an approved visual and a concise description of the role being demonstrated.
SEA-AIR-SPACE 2027 · CUSTOM EXHIBITS
Turn complex maritime and defense technology into a clear exhibit experience. Purple designs Sea-Air-Space booths with models, technical graphics, digital demonstrations and spaces for focused discussions.

Maritime, defense & mission systems
A maritime or mission-system display needs to connect the physical technology with its role in a larger operation. Use an application-led story, readable diagrams and deliberate product placement so visitors can understand the capability before the detailed discussion.
Mission models, platform capabilities and program discussions brought into an accessible maritime exhibit.
How Purple plans any show ↗A CONCEPT FOR SEA-AIR-SPACE
A model earns its place when it helps the visitor understand the operating context and the capability your company contributes.
Introduce the maritime application with an approved visual and a concise description of the role being demonstrated.
Use the model or component to show where the capability sits, with labels that connect it to the wider system.
Give a specialist access to approved diagrams or playback that explain the relevant function in more detail.
Provide meeting space for the appropriate public technical and business conversation, away from the model’s viewing edge.
DEMONSTRATION STRATEGY
Decide what the model needs to reveal: a platform, an installation location or a system relationship. Choose viewing angles and labels that support that purpose. A finely detailed object can still leave visitors uncertain if its role is not explained.
Pair the physical reference with a small number of approved visuals. Use one view for the overall context and another for the specialist’s explanation. The display should help visitors locate the capability before moving into a longer discussion. Have the responsible team approve all public content before graphic production.

THE PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT. THE MOMENT.
Models, simulations and hands-on interfaces invite visitors to ask how a capability fits. Place a knowledgeable host where the physical display and technical story meet.

List models, equipment and screen content, including size, weight and mounting requirements. Confirm what your organization approves for public display and what will be discussed separately. Prepare an offline presentation and assign technical review of the final demonstration.
Give models clear viewing angles and concise application labels. Plan mounting, cases, lighting and protective transport together.
Connect the hardware with an understandable system diagram or digital scenario. Avoid relying on a wall of specifications as the introduction.
Organize capabilities around the customer’s operational needs. Give team members a practical space for scheduled conversations and technical review.
A VERIFIED PURPLE PROJECT
Shapoorji Pallonji Energy is a verified offshore-engineering project with a protected vessel model and meeting space. This is relevant marine-industry proof, while a Purple naval-defense or Sea-Air-Space project remains unverified.

THE TECHNICAL REHEARSAL
Record scale, weight, removable features, mounting points and handling instructions for every model. Include the crate opening and installation method in the exhibit plan, especially when a large model must arrive before surrounding furniture.
Confirm the exact receiving instructions for the assigned Sea-Air-Space space at Gaylord National. Keep a component inventory and setup reference with the display. Agree who checks the final model, tests playback and handles protective packing at the end of the event.
Fragile ship and aircraft models need fitted packing, stable mounting and a defined installation order. Coordinate receiving, booth access and handling at Gaylord National with the current organizer schedule and your product team’s requirements.
FROM PURPLE’S PORTFOLIO
Parker’s defense-technology displays and Shapoorji Pallonji Energy’s technical exhibit provide references for equipment presentation and program discussions. These identified Purple projects do not establish a Sea-Air-Space installation.

LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT
The physical display can give the overall picture while a nearby screen carries selected detail. Avoid forcing every explanation onto the model base.
2027 · ORGANIZER FACT FILE
Full event: April 4–7, 2027.
Gaylord National hosts April 4–7. The prior-edition plan names Prince George’s, Maryland and Potomac areas; the 2027 allocation needs reconfirmation.
Official source ↗The live exhibitor page still displays April 2026 windows, with different schedules by exhibit area. None should be shifted mechanically to 2027.
Official source ↗A public 2027 structure-height and suspended-sign specification has not been verified. Ballroom, lobby and terrace displays need the correct area-specific rules.
Official source ↗Audie Exhibitor Services is named on the accessible prior-edition resource page. Its 2026 receiving deadlines do not establish 2027 rates or labor assignments.
Official source ↗The 2026 sponsorship guide describes distribution to over 18,000 attendees. This is promotional scale, not a verified post-show total; a final exhibitor count was not found.
Official source ↗April 4–7, 2027 is announced, but the current schedule is still being prepared. Existing 2026 hiring and program pages are historical references.

SEA-AIR-SPACE · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS
Yes. Purple can design model displays, graphics, screen positions and meeting areas around the provided specifications. Your organization remains responsible for approving the information and technology presented publicly.
Yes, when its scale and viewing positions support a clear capability story. Provide dimensions, weight, fragile features and mounting instructions so the display structure and protective transport can be planned together.
The layout can be developed around a defined demonstration, including the operator, visitor position and screen view. Your organization supplies the technical setup and approves the information presented publicly.
Keep approved demonstrations on the accessible exhibit edge and locate focused discussions farther inside. Define the intended use of meeting spaces; an enclosed booth room should not be assumed to provide a secure environment.
Custom model mounts, protective cases, AV systems and meeting space can shape the investment. Evaluate whether a physical model, selected component or digital scenario best explains each capability before allocating the floor area.
