THE DESTINATION

Give your team a goal worth showing up for.

Attendees wave and meet exhibitors along a crowded aisle at IMEX America, with Canada and Peru stands behind them.

A busy booth can feel like a win. Decide what a real win looks like before the first visitor arrives.

YOU’LL LEAVE WITHOne measurable event goal

Start with the business outcome

Are you looking for qualified sales opportunities, product feedback, new partners, or stronger customer relationships? Choose a primary outcome so the team can make good decisions when the floor gets busy.

A GOAL YOUR TEAM CAN USE
“Capture 60 qualified leads during the show and book 15 follow-up demos within two weeks.”
An illustrative target. Set numbers using your team’s capacity and previous results.

Enter estimated costs in one currency. Staff days are counted separately from their daily cost.

Lead and meeting goals are picked up from your SMART goal when the quantities are clear; you can edit them here.

Cost per qualified lead
Cost per booked meeting

This is a planning estimate, not a prediction of results.

Agree on what counts as a qualified lead. Keep total contacts, qualified opportunities, scheduled meetings, and closed sales separate. A badge scan alone does not tell you whether the event met your goal.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Write your team’s SMART goal

Complete the statement, then agree on the metric you will report.

Northline Filtration · ProcessTech Expo

Our goal

At ProcessTech Expo on October 20–22, 2026, our 10x20 booth team will record 45 qualified leads and book 12 follow-up discovery or application-review meetings by November 5. A qualified lead is a relevant process-plant contact with a stated water-filtration problem, a project or review expected within 12 months, and an agreed next step. A badge scan alone does not qualify.

How we will measure it

Priya will maintain one show-tagged CRM list and check duplicates each evening. Track total contacts, qualified leads, and booked meetings separately; each qualified record needs the challenge, timing, agreed next step, owner, and due date. Daily qualified-lead target: 15. Eli will report booked meetings on October 29 and November 5. Maya will review pipeline on November 19 and revenue on January 20 without counting either as a show-floor result.
