Premiere Orlando 2027 beauty exhibit design.

Purple Exhibits designs custom and rental booths for Premiere Orlando 2027 in Orlando. Turn professional hair, nail and beauty techniques into demonstrations visitors can follow. Plan a visible educator station, organized tools and inviting product displays, with a clear route from watching a technique to trying a sample, asking questions or discussing an order.

Premiere Orlando · THE EXHIBITOR’S VIEW

The stage, the styling position and the product counter should tell the same story. If visitors can see the result, understand the technique and find the product without losing the thread, the exhibit becomes an experience they can take back to the salon.

A stage with a practical beauty workflow.

Purple can integrate educator platforms, demonstration counters, product shelving and brand graphics into one exhibit. Your team defines the techniques, equipment and operating procedures so the physical layout supports the experience you intend to deliver.

AN EXHIBIT DIRECTION FOR PREMIERE ORLANDO

From the live technique to the product in hand.

Give the demonstration a visible stage and keep the surrounding circulation useful for people who want to watch, try or buy.

01

See the transformation

Set the model and educator where the audience can see the work. Consider camera and screen support for the details that are difficult to view from the aisle.

02

Try the product

Provide a defined test position with the right tools, surfaces and reset supplies for the planned interaction.

03

Find the range

Organize products by technique or routine so the retail display continues the story introduced by the educator.

04

Meet the brand

Leave a clear welcome point for salon owners, distributors and professionals who need a longer conversation.

Professional beauty & education · THE HUMAN DETAIL

Energy on the floor. Clarity at the counter.

Beauty exhibitions are animated by educators, models and the professionals watching them work. Plan for the people as carefully as the product: a model’s chair, the educator’s movement, an audience edge and a reset position all take space. A confident environment lets the live moment feel effortless.

PREMIERE ORLANDO FIELD NOTES

Make live beauty demonstrations easy to see and join

Premiere Orlando is a professional beauty show where education, demonstrations and product discovery meet. A hair, nail or makeup brand should begin its booth brief with the educator’s movements and the attendee’s view. Identify whether the core activity is a haircut, a nail technique, a product comparison or a short consultation. Position mirrors, demonstration surfaces and screens around that task, then give visitors a clear place to watch without blocking another station.

A live demonstration also needs a reset plan. Think through tools, product quantities, model preparation, staff movement and the handover between sessions. Ask which services each station actually requires before drawing them into the exhibit. Lighting should help attendees examine color and detail as well as photograph the space; test the selected products and finishes under the proposed lighting rather than relying only on a render.

What this means for the build

The full program starts June 5, while the exhibit floor opens June 6. Build the educator, model and product setup plan around the expo schedule and the assigned OCCC West installation access.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

A different setting for every beauty discipline.

01

Hair, barbering & tools

Coordinate chair positions, mirrors, working surfaces and power around the intended technique. Keep leads and storage away from the educator’s route.

02

Nails, skincare & hands-on discovery

Provide close viewing and a comfortable work surface. Agree how tools, testers and consumables are prepared and reset by the team.

03

Fragrance, cosmetics & retail ranges

Use strong product organization and considered lighting, with room for visitors to experience the range and locate the relevant item.

PREMIERE ORLANDO · THE PRODUCT UP CLOSE

Help beauty professionals compare colors and finishes

A well-organized sample display makes comparison easy. Group color families consistently, label each option clearly and provide lighting that lets visitors judge the finish. Place testers and swatches within comfortable reach, with clean supplies and a practical reset routine nearby. Give staff room to explain application techniques and product differences while keeping the selection area separate from the queue for a live hair or nail demonstration.

PREMIERE ORLANDO FIELD NOTES

Connect the demonstration to product discovery and ordering

A busy beauty exhibit can lose its clarity when every product competes for attention. Organize the assortment around the professional tasks it supports, with the featured demonstration range easiest to find. Give sampling, consultation and any ordering activity distinct locations. Visitors should be able to move from watching a technique to examining the relevant product without crossing the educator’s workspace or a queue at the counter.

Use brand texture, color and dimensional displays to make that journey recognizable. Purple’s French Avenue and LUZI fragrance work offers relevant examples of product discovery and sensory presentation, while the Premiere concept must be adapted to the exhibitor’s own tools and techniques. The 2027 event runs June 5–7, with education on June 5 and the exhibit floor open June 6–7; plan booth staffing and presentations around that two-day exhibit window.

Where the budget changes

Live-demo AV, styling furniture, product shelving, mirrors, specialist fixtures and storage can drive the scope. Confirm whether products will be sold at the booth and how stock and transactions will be handled before designing the counter.

PREMIERE ORLANDO · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS

Before the beauty demonstration begins.

Discuss your requirements ↗
What are the Premiere Orlando 2027 event and exhibit dates?

Premiere Orlando runs June 5–7, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center’s West Complex. The organizer lists June 5 for education with the exhibit floor closed, followed by exhibit days June 6 and 7. The published floor hours are 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday.

What should a hair or barbering demonstration brief include?

Describe the technique, the educator’s working position, the model or mannequin, tools and products used, and the expected viewing group. List actual service needs and the reset routine between demonstrations. The layout should give the educator room to work while providing a clear view and a separate path for attendees who want to explore products.

How is a nail or makeup demonstration different from a stage presentation?

Fine-detail work often needs closer viewing, carefully positioned light and a camera or screen if the audience is larger. Start with the professional task and how attendees will see it. A compact station may suit individual consultations; a scheduled group demonstration may need a different viewing arrangement and dedicated space for staff and supplies.

Can sampling, product sales and demonstrations share one booth?

They can, provided the plan gives each activity a clear place. Keep product browsing and any ordering counter outside the educator’s immediate workspace, and locate backup stock so staff can replenish displays easily. Establish who manages queues, sampling and transactions. The final arrangement must fit the allocated footprint and current exhibitor requirements.

What do we need before a Premiere booth proposal can be developed?

Share the allocated space, product categories, demonstration schedule, staffing and actual equipment list. Include mirrors, seating, screens, lighting preferences, stock quantities and required services. Add brand references and your plan for sampling or ordering. The organizer says the 2027 exhibitor resource guide is forthcoming, so final service and build details should be checked when available.

Can the beauty exhibit be reused after Orlando?

Yes, reuse can be part of the design brief. Identify the educator positions, product shelving and branded elements that should travel to other events, then check them against the next footprint. Replaceable graphics, adaptable counters and a documented packing plan can make the core environment useful as collections and demonstration formats change.

FOCUSED

10 × 10: a focused beauty consultation

Consider one demonstration or consultation station with a curated product range and neatly stored supplies. Keep the entry clear and choose furniture that supports the professional task without crowding the visitor.

CONNECTED

10 × 20: show the technique, then the product

Use one side for the educator and the other for related product discovery or ordering. Plan sightlines and any waiting visitors before adding more display shelving or a second demo station.
