What makes ICSC Las Vegas different, and how we build for it
ICSC bills Las Vegas as the World's Largest Commercial Real Estate Event, and it runs on appointments. Over 25,000 decisionmakers from the marketplaces industry come to the Las Vegas Convention Center with three days of meetings booked, so the booth is a working office as much as a display. Owners and developers bring portfolio maps, Retailer Members register free and arrive with expansion plans, and brokers move between both. Inline booths come with 8 ft white fabric walls and standard carpet, islands get bare floor, so the hall looks the same until someone builds something. We give your team a legible portfolio wall from the aisle, a reception point that recognizes scheduled guests and tables where a site plan opens in private.
A portfolio map that shows coverage from the aisle, a consistent format for each project at the table, and enclosed or screened seating for lease and acquisition talks.
A compact storefront or material reference that explains the format, then a working table for location and partnership conversations with landlords.
Market labels that route a visitor to the right specialist, a guided screen for a short demo, and a quieter second table for implementation questions.

Booth options for ICSC Las Vegas 2027
Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.
ICSC sells space by the square foot, with 8 ft fabric walls on inline booths and none on islands, so 10×20 inlines sit beside large landlord and brokerage islands with enclosed meeting rooms. Most Purple clients here choose a 20×20 or 20×30 island with a reception point and two to four meeting tables, and multi-market teams move up to a 20×40 with private rooms.

One portfolio map or hero property wall, a small counter for arrivals and one table for a seated conversation.

An island under a hanging sign with reception, an open lounge for introductions and one semi-enclosed room for lease negotiations.
See 20×20 rental booths →
Several meeting rooms by market or team, a shared reception with guest recognition, a demo screen for proptech and storage for each team's materials.
See 20×30 rental booths →All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for commercial and retail real estate at ICSC Las Vegas
Four things we get right for ICSC Las Vegas exhibitors

Design the appointment schedule into the plan
A room with four tables is not four simultaneous meetings. We plan how hosts spot arriving guests, where coats and bags go, whether one screen serves one table or several, and a staff route between reception, storage and the tables. We test the layout against your real meeting lengths and the reset time between guests.

Give the portfolio a hierarchy
Your company and its markets should read from the aisle before anyone chooses a project to discuss. We build one portfolio map or hero property image at the front, a consistent format for individual projects at the table, and detailed plans in a controlled digital library instead of a dense wall of site data.
Make project changes painless
Deals move between editions and sometimes between days. We print replaceable project graphics on magnetic or SEG mounts, build power and storage into every meeting position and set up a structured digital presentation library, so a change of property or presenter never interrupts the conversation at the next table.
Light faces and working surfaces
A restrained material palette keeps maps, models and screens readable. We put light on faces and tabletops as well as the brand wall, conceal cables and supplies inside the furniture, place power where the venue allows and plan refreshments into the service layout so the booth is ready for business all day.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
You see the booth in 3D before we cut a single panel: layout, graphics, lighting and product positions, revised until it is right. Shown: a Purple concept for Fabuwood.

Logistics for ICSC Las Vegas 2027, handled
The Las Vegas Convention Center is a union hall. Your own full-time employees may set the booth with hand tools; forklifts, contract labor and anything on wheels go through the show contractor and Teamsters Local 631, so we file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor with the certificate of insurance 30 days before move-in. Material handling is billed per hundredweight with a 200 lb minimum, and we consolidate your crates onto one bill of lading so you pay one minimum. We ship to the Freeman advance warehouse about 30 days out instead of queuing trucks in the marshaling yard, order Cox Business internet for your presentation screens, and book crew rooms at the Renaissance or Westgate, both a short walk from the halls.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Las Vegas Convention Center exhibitor guide.

ICSC Las Vegas exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ICSC Las Vegas
How much does a 20×20 at ICSC Las Vegas cost?
A 20×20 custom island with a hanging sign, reception counter and two meeting tables runs $50,000 to $120,000 all in for design, structure, graphics and installation; a 20×20 rental island is $16,000 to $40,000. Enclosed rooms and large screens move the number, so send us your appointment plan and we return a fixed quote.
Can you install at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Yes. Our Las Vegas crew works the LVCC from CES to NAB. We file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, clear our people with the show contractor and Teamsters Local 631, and install, level and light every piece before your first appointment. Our Las Vegas shop handles overnight graphics reprints and repairs during the show.
Can we rent a booth for ICSC Las Vegas?
Yes. A 10×20 rental with your graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a 20×20 rental island $16,000 to $40,000. Most first-time ICSC exhibitors rent the structure, add custom meeting furniture and a portfolio wall, and keep the graphics for reuse at the next edition.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off in mid-March gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build and a late-April ship to the advance warehouse. ICSC's advance booth pricing ends January 11, 2027, so most clients brief us over the winter. Later is possible; the trade-off is finish choices and freight cost.
Do you handle Freeman orders and drayage?
Yes. We read the ICSC exhibitor kit, place the Freeman orders for material handling, electrical and rigging, book your target dates and ship to the advance warehouse on one bill of lading. You get one invoice from Purple with drayage shown as a line, and we keep you copied on every deadline.
