Caesars Forum Exhibitor Guide
Caesars Forum is a 550,000 sq ft conference center on one level behind the LINQ, built on an old parking lot and opened in 2020. Its two 110,000 sq ft pillarless ballrooms, Forum and Summit, hold expos on carpet, not concrete. That changes how a booth is floored, hung and lit. Run your booth through the ballroom converter below, then plan docks, drayage and the Harrah's room block.

What exhibitors ask about Caesars Forum
Caesars says it is the first facility of its size built on a single level. The catch is the carpet: expect pallet jacks and dollies, not forklifts, on the ballroom floor.
The Forum is a separate building at 3911 Koval Lane, behind the LINQ and under the High Roller. Caesars Palace is across the Strip with its own ballrooms and docks.
Venue listings give 30 ft for the Forum and Summit ballrooms. Your show sets the booth height limit, and hanging signs go on the venue's rigging points.

Dates are from each organizer. SuiteWorld (Oracle NetSuite, October 25–28, 2026) has used the Forum since 2022; Oracle lists the dates and show guides place it here. AAPEX (November 3–5, 2026) has used the Forum alongside the Venetian Expo since 2024, but its 2026 layout centers on a new "AAPEX Forum" next to the Venetian, so check which building your booth is in. AWS re:Invent (November 30–December 4, 2026) lists Caesars Forum among its venues in third-party guides; AWS had not confirmed when we checked. Commercial UAV Expo ran here September 1–3, 2026.

Caesars Forum ballroom booth converter: will my booth work on carpet?
Most booths are designed for concrete exhibit halls. At the Forum they stand on hotel carpet, hang from fixed ceiling points and draw power from the venue's in-house provider. Tick what your usual booth has, and the converter lists what changes in a carpeted ballroom and how to plan for it.

Four ballrooms and a plaza

Caesars Forum has no concrete exhibit hall. Trade shows set booths in four carpeted ballrooms on one level, divided by more than 2.1 miles of airwalls. Shows often put the expo in one big ballroom and the keynote in the other. Tap a ballroom for its size.
Schematic. Widths are proportional to floor area; this is not an architectural plan. Divisions, exact clear heights and floor loads are on the venue's hall plans and in your show kit.

- One level, no elevatorsFreight rolls from the dock straight onto the ballroom level. The limit is the carpet: forklifts stay at the dock and freight moves the last stretch on pallet jacks and dollies.
- Koval Lane sideThe building fronts Koval Lane, behind the LINQ. Direct-to-show trucks are called in by the show contractor, and there is little room to wait, so ship to the advance warehouse when you can. Your kit gives the marshaling yard and dock entrance.
- Grand Prix weekKoval Lane is part of the Las Vegas Grand Prix circuit, run November 19–21 in 2026. Road work and lane closures start weeks earlier, so freight near that window follows the race schedule.

Ballroom rules & union labor
Caesars Forum ballroom rules: carpet, loads, exclusives and union labor
Everything that makes the Forum good for attendees makes it different for exhibit builders. Plan for a carpeted hotel ballroom with in-house services, not a concrete hall. Nevada is a right-to-work state, but show labor here runs under the contractors' union agreements. Your show kit is the final word.

Caesars Forum exhibitor tips: what experienced teams do
Ship carpet protection with the booth
The exhibit areas use the venue's own carpet. Cut protection to your footprint and pack it first, because it goes down before any structure does.
Design the sign around the points
Rigging points are fixed and go through the in-house provider. Get the point map before the sign is drawn, or plan a lit header instead of a hanging sign.
Check the building on your booth number
SHOT Show and AAPEX split between the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, and Caesars Palace across the Strip is a different building again. Put "Caesars Forum, 3911 Koval Ln" and the ballroom on every label.
Watch the Grand Prix calendar
Koval Lane is part of the race circuit, with the 2026 race on November 19–21 and lane closures in the weeks before. If your show is close to that window, book freight early.
Order power with a drop plan
Electrical is exclusive to the venue's provider and needs a floor plan with drop locations and measurements. Outside rental equipment for exclusive services is not allowed, so do not plan to bring your own LED rental.
Take the Monorail for a split show
The Harrah's/LINQ Monorail station is a short walk from the Forum, and the Las Vegas Convention Center is the next stop north. It beats a cab when your team works two venues.

Caesars Forum history: from the Imperial Palace parking lot to the Forum
The Forum stands on 28 acres behind the LINQ that were parking for the Imperial Palace for decades. Caesars turned the Imperial Palace into the LINQ, built the High Roller behind it, and then put a conference center where the cars used to be.
- 1979The Imperial Palace opens next to Harrah's on the center Strip. For decades its back lot on Koval Lane is parking.
- 2014The Imperial Palace has become the LINQ. The LINQ Promenade and the 550 ft High Roller open on the old back lot, facing the future Forum site.
- 2017Caesars Entertainment announces a stand-alone conference center behind the Promenade.
- 2018Ground breaks on Koval Lane on July 16. The building tops out in June 2019.
- 2020Caesars Forum opens on March 18 at a cost of $375 million, days before Las Vegas shuts down. The first conference arrives on October 25, 2020.

Can I use my regular booth at Caesars Forum?
Usually with changes. Carpet protection goes under the structure, anything heavy needs a load check, and a hanging sign depends on where the fixed rigging points are. Run the ballroom booth converter above to see which changes apply to your booth.
How big are the Caesars Forum ballrooms?
The Forum and Summit ballrooms are 110,000 square feet each with no columns, and Caesars calls them the largest pillarless ballrooms in the world. Two junior ballrooms, Academy and Alliance, are about 40,000 square feet each. The whole building is 550,000 square feet on one level, with a 100,000 square foot outdoor plaza.
Is there a freight elevator?
No. Everything is on one level, which is a real advantage. The constraint is the carpet, not the height: freight moves onto the ballroom floor on pallet jacks and dollies.

What does Purple do that the show contractor does not?
