How early to start, by show size
CES, SEMA, ConExpo, KBIS/IBS
Start 16 to 20 weeks out. Hotels near the LVCC sell out four months ahead, hanging sign orders close a month out, and the advance warehouse opens 30 days before move-in.
NAB, World of Concrete, SHOT, MAGIC, re:Invent
12 to 16 weeks. Custom builds need the full window; a rental with new graphics can move in 8.
ISC West, JCK, G2E, NACS, IMEX
8 to 12 weeks. The floor is calmer and labor is easier to book, which makes these the best shows to try a bigger footprint.
SEMA + AAPEX, WOC + SHOT
Purple runs both from the Las Vegas warehouse with one crew lead. Ship once, split the graphics, and keep the same install team across venues.

When is CES 2027?
January 6 to 9, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Venetian Expo. Move-in for large booths starts the week before New Year.
What is the busiest month for trade shows in Las Vegas?
January by attendance, with CES, World of Concrete and SHOT Show inside three weeks. October has the most overlapping shows, with G2E, NACS, IMEX America, Money20/20, SuiteWorld and Oracle AI World inside 25 days. November is SEMA and AAPEX week plus re:Invent.
Which shows are at the Las Vegas Convention Center and which are at the Venetian?
The LVCC hosts CES, KBIS/IBS, NAB, World of Concrete, SEMA, NACS, InfoComm and the fall MAGIC. The Venetian Expo hosts SHOT Show, ISC West, JCK, AAPEX, G2E, Oracle AI World and most of re:Invent. Mandalay Bay has IMEX America, Black Hat, Cosmoprof and the spring MAGIC. Use the venue filter above.
Can I exhibit at two Las Vegas shows in the same week?
Yes, and many automotive brands do SEMA and AAPEX together. Purple builds both from our Las Vegas warehouse with a shared crew lead so you are not paying two full install teams.
How do I choose which Las Vegas show to exhibit at?
Start with where your buyers already go, then check the attendance-to-exhibitor ratio: a show with 60,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors gives you more traffic per booth than one with 140,000 and 4,000. Purple's guide to choosing a show walks through it.
