The Complex is pillarless and carpeted, with a 24 ft ceiling and room for about 500 10×10 booths. It splits into West and East sections.
Nevada is right-to-work, but Las Vegas show labor runs under union agreements with the general contractor. Full-time staff can usually set their own exhibit; check your show kit.
Only commercial vehicles are allowed at the docks, on a schedule set with the resort, and each vehicle gets up to two hours unless approved otherwise.

Resorts World Las Vegas and the Loop to the LVCC West Hall
Resorts World has its own Vegas Loop station and tunnel to the convention center: Tesla cars run underground from the resort's station to the LVCC halls in two to five minutes. For exhibitors that means you can stay, meet clients and host suites here, then work a booth in the West Hall without a taxi line.
- 2022The Resorts World tunnel opened, a year after the LVCC's own Loop began carrying attendees in June 2021.
- 2–5 minRide time from the resort to the LVCC stations, depending on which hall you are going to.
- Riviera StationThe above-ground LVCC stop on the northwest side of the West Hall, near Elvis Presley Drive, serves Resorts World. Show organizers have described it this way; check your show's transport page.
- 5 stationsOn the 200-acre LVCC campus. Trips between them are free; riding off campus to Resorts World needs a ticket, and boarding at an LVCC station needs your show badge.
- 4,400+ / hrAttendees the LVCC Loop was designed to move per hour. Even so, leave a buffer before booth duty at show open.

Labor & union rules
Resorts World Las Vegas union rules: who can do what
Nevada is a right-to-work state, but Las Vegas show labor runs under the general contractor's agreements with Teamsters Local 631, the electricians and the stagehands. The resort adds its own exclusives on top. Rules vary by show, so your show kit has the final word.
✓Your full-time staff
- Set up and dismantle your own exhibit, carrying company ID such as a payroll stub (Las Vegas Teamsters rule, as published in Freeman and GES show kits)
- Place your products, open product cartons, and run, test and repair your products
- Hand carry material without a dolly or other handling equipment; hand carriers may be kept off the dock
- Some GES Las Vegas kits limit exhibitor assembly to work under 12 ft; check yours
●Union labor & resort exclusives
- Teamsters Local 631: booth install and dismantle by anyone other than your full-time staff, all truck unloading, and all material-handling equipment
- Electricians and stagehands: power, electrical signs, lighting and AV, per the show kit
- Encore: all truss, flown or floor-supported, and all lifts
- A general service contractor handles booth install, dismantle, material handling and waste removal
- United National Maintenance: exclusive cleaning for exhibits and booths
- FedEx: the only installer of decals
!Hotel house rules
- No adhesive on hotel carpet: lay adhesive visqueen first, and tape only to the visqueen
- Floor marking with white freight tape only
- No pallet jacks on carpet without visqueen
- 1 ft clear of all walls, 3 ft clear of life-safety equipment
- Every vendor needs an approved COI before arriving on property
- Damage found at the post-event walkthrough is billed to the group or vendor

Resorts World Las Vegas exhibitor tips: what experienced teams do
Book the dock with a driver's name
Every delivery needs a slot from Catering & Conference Services, with the driver's name and contact sent ahead. Each truck gets two hours, so stagger carriers instead of sending three at once.
Crate to 80 inches
The contractor guidelines cap pallets and deliveries at 80 inches high. Tall crates and pre-built towers may need to be split, so check heights at the design stage.
Budget the elevator operator
Freight elevators need a resort operator at $95 an hour with a 4-hour minimum. For the Rose Ballroom, use its own 264-inch-long, 12,000 lb car for long items like counters and header panels.
Visqueen before pallet jacks
Every space is carpeted hotel floor: adhesive visqueen goes down first, tape goes only on the visqueen, and floor marks use white freight tape. Damage shows up on the post-event walkthrough bill.
CES suite? Pack for five boxes
Hospitality suites take no Freeman freight. The FedEx business center accepts five boxes of up to 50 lbs each per suite, so plan tabletop displays rather than a booth kit.
Wear the badge to ride the Loop back
Boarding at an LVCC station needs your show badge, and the ride off campus to Resorts World needs a ticket. Buy it before show close so your staff are not stuck at the Riviera Station queue.
The building
From the Stardust to the first new Strip resort in a decade
The site sat as a half-built shell for years after the recession. Genting finished it as a $4.3 billion resort, and it opened the same month as the LVCC West Hall.

- 2006The Stardust closes November 1 to make way for Boyd Gaming's Echelon project.
- 2007The Stardust towers are imploded March 13.
- 2008Echelon construction halts in the recession, leaving a half-built shell.
- 2013Genting buys the 87-acre site from Boyd for $350 million.
- 2019Construction, restarted in late 2017, tops off the 59-story tower in August.
- 2021Resorts World opens June 24: $4.3 billion, 3,506 rooms in three Hilton brands, about 250,000 sq ft of meeting space. The nearby LVCC West Hall opens the same month, on June 7, with World of Concrete.
- 2022The Resorts World station on the Vegas Loop opens in June, linking the resort to the LVCC halls.

About 250,000 square feet of event space, including the 70,000 square foot Complex for trade shows, six ballrooms led by the Lily (23,817 sq ft) and Rose (23,383 sq ft), more than 50 meeting rooms and the 5,000-capacity Resorts World Theatre.
Is Resorts World connected to the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Is Resorts World union?
Show labor is. Nevada is right-to-work, but Las Vegas show labor runs under union agreements with the general contractor, and Teamsters Local 631 handles booth install by anyone other than your full-time staff, plus freight. Full-time employees with company ID can generally set their own exhibit; check your show kit.
Where is the Resorts World loading dock?
The dock address is 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd. Every delivery must be scheduled through Catering & Conference Services, only commercial vehicles are allowed, and each vehicle gets up to two hours.
How big are the freight elevators?
The east convention elevators are 120 inches wide, 150 long and 120 high, rated to 10,000 lbs. The Rose Ballroom elevator is 116 by 264 by 120 inches, rated to 12,000 lbs. A resort operator is required at $95 an hour with a 4-hour minimum.

Encore. The resort requires all truss, flown or floor-supported, and all lifts to be provided and installed by Encore.
Can I tape or mark the carpet?
Not directly. Adhesive visqueen must go down first, double-sided tape goes only on the visqueen, and floor marks must use white freight tape. Decals can only be installed by FedEx.
How much is drayage at Resorts World?
Plan about $170 per hundredweight. That is a planning number for a Strip resort, not a published rate; your show's general contractor sets the actual tariff in the show kit.
