AGTA GemFair Tucson is the American Gem Trade Association's own fair, and only AGTA members based in the U.S.or Canada exhibit, all under the association's Code of Ethics and disclosure policy. Rules that shape your AGTA GemFair Tucson booth
Exhibitors are AGTA members centrally operated or based in the United States or Canada, selling under AGTA's Code of Ethics. We put your member status and disclosure line on the backwall, where buyers look for it first.
Photography and filming on the show floor are prohibited without AGTA's written authorization. We design the booth so cases, graphics and printed lot cards carry your story without anyone needing a camera.
Every buyer company and employee is vetted, badges are printed on site after a photo ID check and a security photo, and registration is required again each year. We plan the counter for vetted trade, not for browsing crowds.
GemHall and Galleria open at 10 a.m. while the Grand Ballroom opens at 9:30 a.m., and Thursday closes at 4 p.m. We schedule lighting checks and safe routines to the hall your booth is in.

AGTA GemFair Tucson 2027 runs Sunday, January 31 to Thursday, February 4, 2027 at the Tucson Convention Center. The GemHall and Galleria open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday and close at 4 p.m. on Thursday. It is the first year of AGTA's new Sunday-to-Thursday pattern.
