CHI prices SCOPE 2027 space only inside sponsorship packages and posts no public rate, and every tier below Platinum includes one 8×10. Our part is a compact kit (fabric backwall, counter, screen mount, lighting) on a fixed proposal with freight, hotel power and set-up; the Platinum 20×42 is quoted as a custom build.

An 8×10 is the standard: CHI's 2027 exhibit services schedule says one exhibit space includes side rails, a pipe and drape backdrop and a company ID sign. The only larger space on the 2027 sponsorship page is the Platinum 20×42. We design to the 8-foot width rather than the 10-foot widths used at most trade shows.

Renting is how most of our SCOPE clients do it: an 8-foot fabric backwall, a lockable counter, a screen mount and lighting, packed light enough to move through a hotel. Freight, Maxum orders, hotel power and our project manager's set-up and dismantle sit on one fixed proposal.

Rosen Shingle Creek runs without union jurisdiction: people on your own payroll can put up the 8×10 using hand tools. Outside labor comes through the show contractor or through us as an exhibitor-appointed contractor, and AV, rigging, power and internet stay with the hotel's exclusive providers.

Set-up is Monday, March 1, 2027 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dismantle starts after the Closing Ceremony Booth Crawl on Wednesday, March 3, running 5:45 to 8:30 p.m., and continues Thursday, March 4 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Breaking down early costs no less than $1,000.

CHI names Maxum Expo Services as the authorized exhibit services company and preferred shipper. If your own carrier misses its collection slot, CHI sends the crates to the contractor's warehouse and bills storage. We book outbound pickup before set-up day.

CHI allows food and drinks at booths and bars children under 18 from the exhibit hall. It does not provide attendee lists; exhibitors can run a mailing through a third-party mail house instead. We build badge scanning into the counter so leads come from the floor.

We build SCOPE kits so the same backwall and counter join a second panel set for a 10×20 at ACRP or DIA Global in San Diego, or the Society for Clinical Trials meeting in Chicago, after a graphics swap; in the months between, the kit waits in our storage and we update the therapeutic area panels.

SCOPE Summit 2027 runs March 1–4, 2027 in Orlando, a month later than the 2026 edition, which ran February 2–5, 2026 at the same hotel. Set-up is March 1, the exhibit hall opens March 2–3, and dismantle finishes by 2 p.m. on March 4.

SCOPE 2027 is at Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Boulevard in Orlando, the same hotel that hosted the 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions. CHI's 2027 exhibit schedule puts the exhibits in the Gatlin Ballroom, and a second room block sits at the Universal Stella Nova Resort with shuttles.

The hall is open Tuesday, March 2 from 9:45 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, March 3 from 10:15 a.m. to 4:55 p.m. Traffic peaks in the set viewing times: the Grand Opening Coffee, two Coffee and Dessert Breaks, the Welcome Reception from 5:35 p.m. and the Closing Ceremony Booth Crawl.

For sellers to sponsor-side clinical operations it is one of the strongest rooms in the U.S.: CHI counted more than 5,000 attendees and 350+ exhibitors in 2026, and says 62% of its 2027 audience holds decision-making roles. The catch is a hall open about 15 hours over two days, so the booth must explain itself fast.

CHI reports that SCOPE 2026 drew more than 5,000 attendees, 10% more than in 2025, with 350+ exhibitors and 800+ speakers. For 2027 it promotes 5,000+ clinical research professionals from 1,200+ organizations in 30+ countries, 62% in decision-making roles.

In the Rosen Shingle Creek block at $277 a night until February 1, 2027, with a one-night non-refundable deposit, or at the Universal Stella Nova Resort at $209 until January 19, 2027, with shuttles. CHI uses no third-party hotel booking services.
