Four things we get right for FMS exhibitors
1Three messages in a fixed order
A visitor should not need a spec sheet to see what your product does. We fix three messages in order, application, product role and evidence, and keep the same terms on the mount label, the architecture graphic and the presenter screen. The result is technically serious, visually calm and easy to read from the aisle.
2Make a small part read large
A drive or module fits in a hand while its value sits in a rack. We build stations that connect the three scales: a lit mount with a magnified visual for the part, a clear system diagram, and a screen for the application, so a presenter never has to hunt for the next thing to show.
Engineer the rack before the graphics
Racks, enclosures and demo servers need power, network, cooling and access to the interfaces your engineers will point at. We collect weights, connector positions and heat output before we draw, order the drops, and build the enclosure so services and cabling are hidden but reachable.
Keep benchmarks honest and conversations private
Benchmark content is your material. We collect the approved configuration, units and conditions before we design any chart, and keep the display honest to that evidence. A separate meeting position with a work surface handles the deeper integration conversation while the open demo keeps running.

Logistics for FMS 2027, handled
The Santa Clara Convention Center is a compact hall in the middle of the semiconductor corridor, and FMS runs a tight three-day show, so move-in is short and racks land on the same dock as everyone else's crates. We read the FMS exhibitor kit, order the power and network drops your live rack needs, book your freight targets and the advance warehouse, and coordinate the general contractor for drayage and rigging. The booth ships from our Las Vegas hub, a one-day run to Santa Clara, and our own project manager runs install with vetted local labor, then a pre-show QA on every screen and demo unit, and stays on call through July 29.

Questions exhibitors ask us before FMS
How much does a 20×20 booth at FMS cost?
A 20×20 custom island with a live rack, demo wall and meeting table runs $50,000 to $120,000, all in for design, structure, graphics and installation. A complete 10×20 rental with one demo station lands between $7,500 and $15,000. Send us your product list and demo plan and we return a fixed number.
Can you install at the Santa Clara Convention Center?
Yes, we install in Santa Clara: we build in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, NV and send our own project manager to run the job with local labor. Together they set the structure, mount your samples, connect the rack and test every screen before your team arrives, then dismantle and ship the booth out after the last day.
Can we rent a booth for FMS instead of buying one?
Renting works well at FMS: a 10×20 rental structure with your graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a 20×20 island runs $16,000 to $40,000. We add custom mounts for your components and a demo station, so a rental at FMS still looks built for your product rather than borrowed from a catalog.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by mid-May gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build in June and a ship date in early July. Later is possible, and the trade-off is choice of finishes and expedited freight. Start the conversation now and we hold a production slot for late June.
Do you handle the general contractor orders and drayage?
Yes. We order the general contractor services, book your freight targets, ship to the advance warehouse, prepare the drayage paperwork and handle material handling on both ends. You get one Purple project manager, a single invoice, and a copy of every deadline so nothing depends on a form you did not know about.

- Does your own shop build the booth, or do you subcontract it?
- Who from your team is on the FMS floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what does FMS bill?
- After the show, where is the booth kept, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? Your existing booth gets refreshed graphics and repairs, then we ship it to Santa Clara, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to FMS.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground in Santa Clara: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A FMS rental carrying your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. The first call tells you what is realistic for your date.
