Cybersecurity & enterprise technology

Cybersecurity platforms can look similar from the aisle. A focused problem-and-outcome story helps your visitor understand the difference before a specialist opens the product. Plan for both the short introduction and the longer evaluation.

Earn the next technical question.

A focused cybersecurity story with space for a fast introduction and a deeper technical evaluation.

How Purple plans any show ↗

A CONCEPT FOR RSAC

The demo has three audiences.

An executive scanning the aisle, an engineer evaluating the product and a partner arriving for a meeting should each know where to go.

01

The aisle conversation

State a recognizable security problem and the outcome your platform supports. Give the host a concise opening.

02

The technical evaluation

Provide a readable screen and a prepared environment where the specialist can go beyond the headline.

03

The scheduled meeting

Place seating outside the demo queue, with a discreet way for the host to locate the right team member.

04

The next action

Agree whether the useful follow-up is a technical session, a partner introduction or an account meeting.

01

DEMONSTRATION STRATEGY

Build the story around one scenario

A list of platform features gives the visitor too many starting points. Choose a recognizable scenario and prepare an introduction that makes the actor, action and result visible. Use the product screen for the detailed evidence rather than as distant wallpaper.

Write the short aisle explanation and the longer technical demonstration separately. Test the display from a standing visitor’s position. If the application interface is dense, use an introductory visual to orient people before moving to the live system. Keep labels and claims consistent with the product team’s approved content.

THE PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT. THE MOMENT.

Give the next introduction somewhere to happen.

RSAC’s energy comes from live conversations. A confident host position, visible demo experts and welcoming meeting edges make the booth feel active without feeling crowded.

A DIFFERENT DISPLAY FOR EACH OFFER

Cybersecurity & enterprise technology.
Designed in context.

Define the live application, demonstration accounts, dataset, screen outputs and network dependencies. Prepare an offline walkthrough and a repeatable reset routine. Keep screens facing the intended audience and confirm what your team is authorized to display publicly.

01

Security platforms

Give the screen story a simple beginning, middle and outcome. Position a short introduction near the aisle and a deeper demonstration inside the booth.

02

Identity & cloud security

Make architecture and integrations understandable with clear diagrams and controlled demo accounts. Keep the visual message focused on the user’s task.

03

Security operations & response

Build a scenario that can be repeated consistently. Separate presentation audio, hands-on screens and scheduled expert conversations.

A VERIFIED PURPLE PROJECT

Cognifiber.
A real point of reference.

Cognifiber’s photonic-computing exhibit brings a technical demonstration, performance screens and a glass meeting area into one compact space. This is an AI-computing reference from Purple’s portfolio; a cybersecurity deployment or RSAC installation is not established by the project record.

THE TECHNICAL REHEARSAL

Protect the meeting rhythm

A busy demonstration and a scheduled enterprise meeting have different needs. Put the public screen where a small audience can stop inside the booth, and locate meeting arrivals where the host can greet them without crossing that audience.

For smaller footprints, use a shared table with booked time slots and a separate standing introduction. Larger exhibits can add acoustic separation and distinct partner seating. Record where visitors should wait and who owns each handoff; a closed room alone does not solve meeting flow.

Can Purple coordinate an RSAC booth build at Moscone

Separate shipped exhibit components from laptops and other equipment carried by the team. Confirm the assigned Moscone exhibition area, receiving destination and installation schedule; the overall event location is not enough to route a shipment.

LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT

A quick introduction or a deep evaluation?

One long demonstration can block the next five introductions. Distinct stations let visitors choose their level of interest without forcing everyone through a presentation.

RSAC · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS

RSAC booth questions, without the jargon.

Discuss your requirements ↗
Can the booth support both quick demos and scheduled meetings?

Yes. Plan separate positions for an introductory demo, technical evaluation and meetings. The right balance depends on expected traffic, staffing, screen requirements and the assigned footprint.

How many demo stations should an RSAC booth have?

Base the decision on distinct use cases, available specialists and the length of a useful demonstration. More counters can dilute staffing. A short introduction and one staffed technical station may be stronger than several unattended screens.

Can a rental booth still express a cybersecurity brand?

Yes. The message hierarchy, screen composition, lighting and meeting arrangement can be tailored around the product story. Identify which brand elements need custom fabrication and which can use rented structure.

Should the product interface fill a giant screen?

Only if it remains readable at the expected viewing distance. A large introductory visual can attract attention while a closer screen carries the actual application and the specialist’s detailed walkthrough.

What affects RSAC 2027 exhibit costs in San Francisco?

Screen systems, presentation areas, meeting rooms, network services and event staffing can drive costs more than the physical product footprint. Prioritize a legible demonstration and productive conversations before adding multiple competing attractions.

Can Purple coordinate an RSAC booth build at Moscone?

Separate shipped exhibit components from laptops and other equipment carried by the team. Confirm the assigned Moscone exhibition area, receiving destination and installation schedule; the overall event location is not enough to route a shipment.
