1Input, measurement, result in one view
A sensor on a shelf explains nothing. We build each station so the visitor creates the input, sees the component in an enlarged diagram and reads the output on a screen beside it, with the test conditions labeled. The relationship is obvious before your specialist says a word.
2Magnify the part that matters
Boards and MEMS packages are too small to read from the aisle. We pair the real hardware with magnified imagery, restrained labels and stable fixtures, and design a separate surface for datasheets, evaluation kits and the detailed integration conversation.
Engineer the demo for a ten-hour day
Fixtures, cable routes, controls, reset procedure and staff-only zones go into the brief. We build service access so your team can swap a board or restart a demo without dismantling the visible exhibit, and we plan power and data drops for every station.

Logistics for Sensors Converge 2027, handled
The Santa Clara Convention Center sits on Great America Parkway in the middle of Silicon Valley, with a compact hall and a two-day expo that leaves no slack for a slow install. Delicate boards, probes and instruments need a planned crate sequence, and the floor opens at 10:00 am on June 9, so calibration happens before the doors open. We read the exhibitor kit, order electrical and internet drops for every demo station, ship to the advance warehouse, book your freight targets, handle drayage paperwork and put our own project manager on the floor with Bay Area labor for installation and dismantle. You arrive to a booth that is powered, lit and ready for your engineers.

How much does a Sensors Converge booth cost?
A complete 10×20 rental with your graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a 10×20 custom build $15,000 to $45,000. A 20×20 custom island lands between $50,000 and $120,000, all in for design, structure, graphics and installation. Demo counters, screens and cabling move the number, so send us your equipment list for a fixed quote.
Can you install at the Santa Clara Convention Center?
Yes. We book the freight targets, ship to the advance warehouse and install with our own project manager and Bay Area labor. Your boards, probes and instruments are unpacked in a planned sequence, every station is powered and lit, and your engineers get calibration time before the floor opens.
Can we rent a booth for Sensors Converge?
Yes. Rental structures with custom graphics, fully custom builds and a hybrid of the two are all available. Many first-time Sensors Converge exhibitors take a 10×10 or 10×20 rental with one custom demo counter, then grow the footprint the following year once the demo has proven itself on the floor.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by late March gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build and a mid-May ship date to Santa Clara. Later is possible; the trade-off is rush freight and fewer choices on counters, screens and finishes. Lock the demo equipment list first, since the fixtures drive everything else.
Do you handle the service orders and drayage?
Yes. We file the organizer forms that concern the booth, order electrical, internet and rigging, book the freight targets, manage the drayage paperwork and keep you copied on every deadline. Your team brings the hardware, the datasheets and the people who can answer an integration question.
