What makes ISA Sign Expo different, and how we build for it
ISA Sign Expo is the International Sign Association's own show, and it alternates cities: Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay in 2027, Orlando in 2028, Las Vegas again in 2029.The floor is built around watching work get made. The Wrap Experience, run with The Wrap Institute, holds the Never Stop Learning Contest and the Demo Depot; the NextGen Tech Zone is ISA's showcase for new sign technology; ISA INSTALL connects national sign companies with local installers; and ISA ROCKS! is the industry party. Inside ISA Sign Expo 2027
ISA Sign Expo rules that shape your booth
Attendees must be 18 or older, ISA may ask for proof of age, and minors may not be on the trade show floor during move-in or move-out for any reason (2027 policies). We plan installs and staff travel with that in mind.
Companies without a booth may not hold meetings, demos, displays or hospitality suites at the venue or official hotels, and aisle solicitors lose their badge (2027 policies). Your private demo room belongs inside or beside your own booth, and we design it there.
Each badge belongs to one person; ISA confiscates shared badges and may bar violators from future shows (2027 policies). We size your staffing plan so every operator and salesperson has a registered badge.
ISA prohibits drones indoors at the 2027 show. If you sell signage for aerial capture or want overhead video of your booth, we mount a fixed camera on the structure instead.

05 Mandalay Bay Convention Center · Las Vegas
Logistics for ISA Sign Expo 2027, handled
For 2027 ISA moves back to Mandalay Bay. Every Bayside hall is at ground level and the docks line the building's east wall, which lets a crated printer roll from the advance warehouse truck straight to its booth. Freight moves under Teamsters Local 631, overhead work under IATSE Local 720, and MGM keeps electrical, internet and rigging in-house. There is no outdoor lot: wrap vehicles and machines enter through the docks with a fuel and battery plan for the fire marshal. ISA posts shipping instructions, decorator details and move-in schedules in its Exhibitor Resource Center. Our Las Vegas hub is twenty minutes away.

The trade show runs Wednesday, March 31 to Friday, April 2, 2027, with pre-conference workshops on Tuesday, March 30, at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. ISA lists the next edition as April 19–21, 2028 in Orlando. Daily hall hours for 2027 are not confirmed yet.

Is ISA Sign Expo open to the public?
The show is for sign, graphics and visual communications professionals, and every attendee must be 18 or older. ISA members get a free trade show pass; others buy a trade-show-only pass or an education package through ISA registration.
Can we run a printer or wrap a vehicle in our booth?
Live equipment is the heart of this show. At Mandalay Bay, machines and vehicles come inside through the docks, and vehicles need a fuel and battery plan the fire marshal approves before doors open. We order MGM power for each machine and plan media loading away from the aisle.
Can our own staff set up our booth at Mandalay Bay?
At Mandalay Bay your own full-time staff may assemble a small exhibit using hand tools, yet material handling stays with Teamsters Local 631 and rigging with IATSE Local 720. Larger builds use the show's labor or an exhibitor-appointed contractor, and we file those forms with ISA and MGM.
Who is the general contractor for ISA Sign Expo?
ISA names the decorator in its Exhibitor Resource Center, which opens closer to each show; the 2027 contractor is not confirmed yet. We place the contractor and MGM orders for you once the 2027 kit posts.
Can we rent a booth for ISA Sign Expo?
We build rentals out of our Las Vegas shop, twenty minutes from Mandalay Bay, and print your graphics on the substrates you sell. A rental includes the frame, lit graphics, counters, flooring, install and dismantle on one fixed proposal; your equipment stays yours.
Can we reuse our ISA booth at other shows?
We build it in modules. The same lit walls work at LightFair's Light + Intelligent Building in Las Vegas, GlassBuild America or KBIS, and because ISA alternates between Las Vegas and Orlando, we store the booth between editions and ship it to whichever city comes next.
