What makes Google Cloud Next different, and how we build for it
Google Cloud Next is Google's own flagship, so the floor runs on Google's schedule: keynotes in the Michelob Ultra Arena attached to the convention center send the whole audience back into the Showcase with the announcements fresh in mind. The Partner Summit on April 12 sets the partner agenda before the doors open, Developer Experiences pulls builders toward hands-on stations rather than brochures, and the Session Library keeps sessions competing with the floor all three days. The Showcase is a partner floor, so your booth sits between other integrators, ISVs and Google's own demos. A booth that names a workload in plain words and runs the demo on a loop wins the walk-back from the keynote.
A guided task with visible inputs and a readable output, a place to look at the code or configuration afterward, and staff who can say what is simulated.
A system diagram beside the demo with clear boundaries between your product, Google services and other dependencies, and a second surface for the integration conversation.
One recognizable use case tied to a business task, an example deliverable they can understand without jargon, and a quiet seat to talk about the next step.
Purple in Las Vegas
Local crew, national shop
We manage back-to-back installations with speed and calm. From CES to NAB, our Las Vegas hub ensures local labor, rapid troubleshooting and smart storage options, giving exhibitors total confidence on the busiest floors in the U.S.
Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA. Your booth ships from our production shop in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub, and our project manager is on the floor for install and dismantle.

Booth options for Google Cloud Next 2027
Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.
The Next Showcase is a partner floor: 10×10 and 10×20 inlines for ISVs and integrators, 20×20 and 20×30 islands for the sponsors who want a hanging sign and a theater. Purple clients here usually land on a 10×20 with two demo screens or a 20×20 island with an open demo counter and a closed meeting nook.

One demo screen at eye height, a presenter counter with cable management and lockable storage, and standing room for three people watching the workflow.

Two demo stations for two use cases, a shared backwall with the workload named in large type, and a stool for the architecture conversation.
See 10×20 rental booths →
An island with a hanging sign, a presenter-led screen, two hands-on kiosks with session resets, and a semi-private meeting table for partner deals.
See 20×20 rental booths →
A theater with seated demos, several product stations linked by one workflow, closed meeting rooms, an AV rack room and hospitality for partner guests.
See 20×30 rental booths →All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for cloud, AI and enterprise software brands at Google Cloud Next
Four things we get right for Google Cloud Next exhibitors

Name the workload before the stack
The first message a visitor reads should say what work your product improves, in everyday language. We put the workload on the backwall at aisle-reading size and keep the architecture diagram on a second surface where it can be explored after the first stop.

Size screens for the real interface
We set display height and type size for the actual viewing distance and test your live dashboard, not placeholder panels. Presenters get a private control surface so account switching, resets and troubleshooting never appear on the audience screen.
Build the reset into the kiosk
Hands-on stations need approved demo accounts, sample data and a one-touch reset that clears the previous visitor before the next session. We design the enclosure around cable access, charging, spare peripherals and a staff route for assistance.
Separate the three depths
A presenter-led demo, a bounded visitor trial and a specialist conversation should all use the same example. We zone them so a waiting visitor can still see a meaningful output while the kiosk is occupied and the specialist takes the deeper question aside.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this

Logistics for Google Cloud Next 2027, handled
Mandalay Bay is an MGM union building: Teamsters Local 631 handle material handling and IATSE Local 720 handle rigging and AV, and rigging, electrical, internet and cleaning are MGM in-house services with early-bird deadlines. The exhibit floor is one level with a dock wall on the east side off Mandalay Bay Road, so advance-warehouse freight reaches the booth fast. We read the Next exhibitor kit, file the EAC forms with the show and with MGM, order your power, internet and hanging-sign rigging, ship to the show contractor's advance warehouse, and put our Las Vegas crew on the floor for installation. Our shop is twenty minutes from the docks, and our crews stay at Luxor and Excalibur on the free tram.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Mandalay Bay Convention Center exhibitor guide.

Google Cloud Next exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before Google Cloud Next
How much does a 20×20 at Google Cloud Next cost?
A complete 20×20 rental island lands between $16,000 and $40,000 and a custom 20×20 between $50,000 and $120,000, covering design, structure, graphics and installation. Screens and kiosks move the number most, so send us the demo count and we return a fixed quote with AV itemized.
Can you install at Mandalay Bay Convention Center?
Yes. Our Las Vegas crew works the city's busiest floors, from CES to NAB, and installs at Mandalay Bay. We know the east dock wall, the Teamsters Local 631 handling rules and the MGM in-house rigging and electrical process, and our shop is twenty minutes from the venue for spares and storage.
Can we rent a booth for Google Cloud Next?
Yes. A 10×20 rental with your graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000, and hybrid builds pair a rental frame with a custom demo counter. Many first-time Next partners start with a rental and upgrade the screens and kiosks the following year.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by late January gives a comfortable 30 to 45 day build and a mid-March ship to the advance warehouse. Later is possible; the trade-off is early-bird pricing on MGM services and the choice of rental inventory during Las Vegas's busiest spring.
Do you handle the exhibitor paperwork and drayage?
Yes. We file every booth form in the Next exhibitor kit, submit EAC paperwork to the show and to MGM, order material handling, and keep you copied on every deadline. Your team shows up to a finished, cabled, rehearsed booth.
