Collectors and trade buyers at this Chelsea show judge an antique ring or a vintage watch inches from the glass, so a dealer's booth is mostly cases, light and a place to talk provenance. We bring portable cases, lighting and signage down from our Fishkill shop for the Metropolitan Pavilion.

What makes NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show different, and how we build for it
The NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show is a dealer show, not a trade fair: KIL Promotions, founded by Konstantinos I.Leoussis, gathers antique, vintage, estate and contemporary jewelry, vintage watches, fine art and objects at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea every spring and autumn. Its first afternoon is the Early Buying / Trade Day, when members of the jewelry trade and press register free with their resale information and serious collectors pay to shop before general admission. The organizer lists more than 125 exhibitors from around the world for the autumn 2026 edition, from Akiba Galleries and Circa 1700 to Erica Weiner and Hartley Brown. Booths are dealer-sized, and many exhibitors join two or four numbered spaces.
Dealers, retailers and stylists who register with resale information and want first pick of fresh stock, with prices and condition notes ready.
Buyers of period jewelry and vintage watches who examine pieces closely, ask about provenance and return over the weekend for a second look.
Editors and New Yorkers drawn by the Chelsea venue, who respond to a clear story, good light and a few remarkable pieces.

Inside NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show 2027
NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show rules that shape your booth
The show welcomes qualified dealers in jewelry, antiques, art and collectible objects, and each vendor application is considered for an upcoming show. We prepare booth photos and a display plan to send with your application.
Members of the jewelry trade and press register for complimentary access to the Thursday session by giving their company name and resale information at check-in (2026). We plan your booth to be fully priced and lit for that trade window.
The Early Buying / Trade Day is a limited-ticket session reserved for serious buyers and collectors before general admission, with only a few tickets sold at the door for $100 (2026). Expect fewer, more decisive buyers that afternoon.
Programs worth planning for
The show's opening session for the trade, press and serious collectors before general admission; in 2026 it ran Thursday, November 19 from 3 to 7 p.m., with free trade registration.

04 Designing for antique, vintage, estate and contemporary jewelry and object dealers at NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show
Four things we get right for NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show exhibitors
1Light that flatters old stones
Old mine and rose-cut diamonds, foiled Georgian settings and enamel all read differently under cold LED. We test case lights with your actual pieces and mix warm and neutral light so period stones show their character in the Chelsea hall.
2Ready for Thursday afternoon
The Early Buying / Trade Day opened at 3 p.m. on the Thursday of the 2026 show, and it is when the trade picks first. We schedule setup so your cases are lit, priced and locked well before the first trade buyer arrives.
3Cases that travel by van
A dealer show rewards gear that sets up fast. We build portable lit cases and counters that pack flat into one van at our Hudson Valley shop in Fishkill, NY, and assemble without heavy tools.
4Make provenance part of the display
Collectors here ask where a piece came from. We add discreet printed cards for era, maker and materials, and a small framed panel about your gallery, so the story starts before the conversation does.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
Layout, graphics, lighting and product positions are all in the 3D view, revised until right, before a single panel is cut for NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show. Pictured: a Purple concept for Acknit Industries Limited.

NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show
When is the NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show 2027?
The 2027 dates are not confirmed yet. The show takes place twice a year, in spring and autumn, per the organizer. The most recent edition is the autumn 2026 show, November 19–22, 2026, with the Early Buying / Trade Day on Thursday, November 19.
Where is the NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show held?
At the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan, which the organizer describes as a venue known for hosting leading art industry events and as the show's home for both editions.
What is the Early Buying / Trade Day?
The first afternoon of the show, before general admission: in 2026, Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. It is open to the public, the trade and press, with limited tickets and a few sold at the door for $100. Trade and press register free with company name and resale information.
How do I become a vendor at the NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show?
Through the vendor application on the show's website. The organizer welcomes qualified dealers in jewelry, antiques, art and collectible objects and considers each application for an upcoming show; booth sizes and prices are not posted online.
How much does a booth cost?
The organizer does not publish booth prices; they come with acceptance. On our side, a dealer setup of portable lit cases, a counter and signage costs far less than a built exhibit, and we quote it as one fixed price once we know your booth count.
Is the show open to the public?
General admission is open to the public at $25 at the door in autumn 2026, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and trade members register free at check-in. The Thursday early buying session is reserved for the trade, press and serious collectors.
Who exhibits at the NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show?
Antique, vintage, estate and contemporary jewelry dealers, vintage watch specialists and dealers in art and objects. The show's 2026 vendor directory lists names such as Akiba Galleries, Circa 1700, Cohen & Pariser Exquisite Jewels, Erica Weiner, Hartley Brown and Oltuski Bros.
How many exhibitors take part?
The organizer lists over 125 exhibitors from around the world for the autumn 2026 show, and its vendor directory holds about 140 entries. Several dealers take two or four adjoining booth numbers, such as Cohen & Pariser Exquisite Jewels across booths 415, 416, 515 and 516.
Can Purple build a booth for a dealer show like this?
We build what a dealer show needs rather than a structure: portable lit cases, counters, signage and display furniture that one van carries and two people set up. We build it in our shop in Fishkill, NY, in the Hudson Valley, and your Purple project manager is on the floor on setup day.
What lighting works best for antique jewelry?
Warm light suits gold, foiled settings and old-cut diamonds, and neutral light suits platinum and Art Deco pieces. We mix both in the cases and test them with your actual pieces in our shop before the show.
Where should out-of-town dealers stay?
The show's Plan Your Visit page lists its recommended hotels near the Metropolitan Pavilion and in Chelsea, along with nearby restaurants and shopping for the evenings after the show closes each day.
Who organizes the show?
KIL Promotions LLC, founded by Konstantinos I. Leoussis to bring dealers, collectors and object enthusiasts together at one jewelry event. It runs the show twice a year, in spring and autumn, at the Metropolitan Pavilion.
Is it worth exhibiting at the NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show?
For antique and estate dealers who sell to both the trade and collectors, it combines a trade early-buying session with public days in a Manhattan art venue. Dealers focused only on wholesale trade buyers may prefer JA New York or the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show.
