PROJECT 2027 menswear booths in Las Vegas, built for denim and tailoring
PROJECT buyers handle the fabric before they talk price, so we build menswear booths with open rails, folding tables at hand height and a quiet corner for the order. PROJECT sat in the LVCC's North Hall in both 2026 editions, and we build from our Las Vegas hub to its 8-foot inline walls.

What makes PROJECT Las Vegas different, and how we build for it
PROJECT is the menswear show inside Informa's Las Vegas fashion week, and it runs twice in 2027: February 16–18 and August 16–18.The floor is organized into three main communities, Men's Collections, PROJECT Now and PROJECT Classic, with community types such as Carry Men's, Gender-Fluid, Sustainable & Ethical, Black-Owned, Size Inclusive and Emerging. Informa counted 8,800+ attendees in February 2026, with 79% buying power on the floor and 47% of buyers from the western U.S. The categories are contemporary sportswear, denim, basics, streetwear, activewear and tailored clothing, plus footwear, grooming and gift, and buyers can step next door to MAGIC on the same badge.
They want to feel the denim weight, check the fit block and see the wash range on one table, then talk delivery windows and reorder terms with someone who knows the line.
A booth with a point of view: graphics that match the drop, product on display the way it will hang in their shop, and limited pieces that justify a trip across the hall.
Clear size runs, imagery they can use, and a seat to walk through minimums, lead times and drop-ship terms while a colleague browses the rails.
Your team in Las Vegas
Two shops and one project manager for PROJECT Las Vegas
We fabricate in our own Fishkill, NY shop and our Las Vegas hub, then ship to the Las Vegas Convention Center, where our own project manager leads the install with vetted local labor. Turnaround is a predictable 30 to 45 days, with pre-show QA and secure storage for your PROJECT Las Vegas booth.
When your team gets to Las Vegas, the booth is lit and stocked. You just show up.
Inside PROJECT Las Vegas 2027
PROJECT Las Vegas rules that shape your booth
Informa routes mannequins, hangers and steamers to D&B Rental Displays and the extra electrical for steamers to the Exhibitor Resource Center. We place a steaming station and its outlet behind the back wall so wrinkled samples never reach the aisle.
Boxes are flattened, tied, labeled for storage and left outside your space; they leave at the end of setup day and return at show close. We bring the labels and stage cartons so your booth is clear before buyers arrive.
Under Informa's 2026 badge rules, a badge marked Sourcing Only or S opens SOURCING alone, so factory visitors on those badges cannot walk PROJECT. We aim your booth's message at the retail buyers who can.
Retail buyers who pass Informa's checks get in free, but in 2026 everyone else paid between $750 and $3,500 by business type, which keeps the aisles mostly to buyers. We size the order table and seating for real appointments rather than browsing crowds.
Programs worth planning for
Emerging and minority-owned brands meet buyers in 10-minute appointments, held daily in a dedicated lounge away from the floor; Informa's retail team chooses participants.
Platinum and Gold tiers for top retail decision-makers and their teams, chosen year-round on loyalty and attendance, with hotel, meal vouchers, priority check-in and a VIP lounge.
For retail decision-makers who have never attended PROJECT, MAGIC, COTERIE or SOURCING, or not in three years: travel support, networking events and a schedule of curated appointments.
Exhibitors admitted on prior-year spend receive hotel stays, priority move-in and box return, fast-pass marshaling yard service and concierge support.
PROJECT is the contemporary menswear show of the Las Vegas February and August weeks; denim, streetwear and tailored brands choose it over MAGIC, which serves moderate and young contemporary buyers, and over Chicago Collective when they want western U.S. stores. Popular booth sizes at PROJECT Las Vegas
Informa sells PROJECT space through its exhibitor inquiry and keeps booth inclusions in its Exhibitor Resource Center, so the footprint comes from your contract. A single-category label with two staff fits a 10×20; brands running tailoring and casual side by side usually need a 10×30 or a 20×20 with an order table.

One run of rails for the current drop, a folding table for denim and knits at hip height, a full-length mirror and a two-seat corner for reorders.

A premium fragrance environment built around discovery, with a flow designed for real conversations and product sampling.
French Avenue's booth was designed around discovery and long product conversations; PROJECT buyers shop menswear the same way, by touching fabric and talking fit before they write an order.

04 Designing for contemporary menswear, denim, streetwear and men's accessories brands at PROJECT Las Vegas
Four things we get right for PROJECT Las Vegas exhibitors
1Fold denim where hands can reach
PROJECT buyers judge weight and hand before anything else. We build table heights around 34 to 36 inches with stacks by wash, and leave the rails for hero fits, so a buyer can open a pair without asking.
2Pick your community first
Men's Collections, PROJECT Now and PROJECT Classic draw different buyers. We set the booth's tone after Informa places you: cleaner tailoring fixtures in Classic, louder graphics and display tables for drops in PROJECT Now.
3Hold the wall at 8 feet
PROJECT has sat in North Hall, the LVCC's densest hall, in both 2026 editions. We keep inline walls at 8 feet, push brand height into the back wall graphics and use lit shelving rather than a tall header.
4Give grooming and footwear a shelf
PROJECT counts footwear, grooming and gift among its 280+ brands. If you sell add-ons, we build a short lit shelf near the order table, so a buyer finishing a denim order sees the attachment sale.

Where you could be at PROJECT Las Vegas 2027
PROJECT used North Hall in both 2026 editions; the February 2027 hall is not confirmed yet. These are the halls Informa's four shows share and what each means for a menswear booth.
North Hall (N1 and N2)
PROJECT's hall in February 2026 and sections N1 and N2 in August 2026; Purple's venue guide describes dense floor plans and tighter aisles here.
Our advice Fixtures stay inside the line and walls at 8 feet; folding tables face the aisle so buyers stop without blocking it.
North Hall (N3 and N4)
OFFPRICE took these sections in August 2026, so menswear buyers and closeout buyers shared one building.
Our advice A clear brand line on the back wall keeps your booth from reading as excess stock to buyers walking over from OFFPRICE.
Central Hall
MAGIC's hall in August 2026, joined to North Hall; its older sections have lower ceilings after the 2023 to 2025 renovation.
Our advice Traffic between MAGIC and PROJECT flows through this link, so a booth near the connector earns cross-over buyers.

Logistics for PROJECT Las Vegas 2027, handled
The LVCC is a union campus, and PROJECT occupied North Hall in February 2026 and sections N1 and N2 in August 2026; the February 2027 hall is not confirmed yet. Informa's exhibitor FAQ names D&B Rental Displays as the source for forms, hangers and steamers, with the extra circuits booked in its online portal, and GES keeps empty crates for the week. Purple's venue guide notes that forklift work belongs to Teamsters Local 631 and that North Hall plans are dense with tight aisles. We file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, route crates through the advance warehouse, and on the floor your project manager places the folding tables with your team.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Las Vegas Convention Center exhibitor guide.

PROJECT Las Vegas exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before PROJECT Las Vegas
When is PROJECT Las Vegas 2027?
PROJECT runs twice in 2027: February 16–18 and August 16–18, both in Las Vegas. The February edition shares the Las Vegas Convention Center and its three days with MAGIC, SOURCING and OFFPRICE. Daily hours for the 2027 floor are not confirmed yet; both 2026 editions ran 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and ended at 4 p.m. on day three.
Where is PROJECT 2027 held?
The February 16–18, 2027 edition is at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Paradise Road. In 2026 PROJECT used North Hall in February and North Hall sections N1 and N2 in August. The August 2027 hall is not confirmed yet.
How many people attend PROJECT Las Vegas?
Informa reports 8,800+ attendees at PROJECT Las Vegas in February 2026, from 75+ countries and regions, with 79% buying power on the floor and over 74% top decision makers such as presidents and vice presidents. Its exhibit page adds that 41% of buyers were new.
Who exhibits at PROJECT?
Informa lists 280+ brands across contemporary men's sportswear, denim, basics, streetwear, activewear and tailored clothing, plus footwear, grooming, accessories and gift. Labels shown on PROJECT's exhibit page include True Religion, G-Star, Scotch & Soda, Von Dutch, Pro Standard and American Needle.
What are PROJECT Now and PROJECT Classic?
They are two of PROJECT's three main communities, with Men's Collections as the third. Informa also tags brands by community type: Carry Men's, Gender-Fluid, Sustainable & Ethical, International, Black-Owned, Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Essential, Size Inclusive and Emerging, so buyers can go straight to the kind of brand they want.
Is PROJECT open to the public?
PROJECT is trade only. Informa's 2026 attendee rules ask visitors to qualify as fashion industry, sometimes with three or more business proofs; verified retailers enter free, retailers' guests paid $50 in advance, and non-retail categories paid $750 to $3,500. Students are welcome.
How much does a PROJECT booth cost?
Space is quoted by Informa after an exhibitor inquiry; it publishes no rate card. For the exhibit, a 10×20 rental with rails, tables, lighting and graphics typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a 10×30 rental $12,000 to $22,000. Custom fixtures and an enclosed stockroom raise the number.
What is included in a PROJECT booth?
Informa lists inclusions, furnishings and décor in the Exhibitor Resource Center, which opens after booking, so we plan from your contract. Mannequins, hangers and steamers are rented from D&B Rental Displays, and extra power for steamers is ordered in the same portal.
Should a menswear brand pick PROJECT or MAGIC?
PROJECT if you sell contemporary or higher-end menswear, denim or men's accessories to specialty stores; MAGIC if your line is trend or moderate priced and sold to chains and young contemporary buyers. Both run February 16–18 under one registration, so buyers cross between them.
When is move-in for PROJECT 2027?
The February 2027 move-in schedule is not confirmed yet; Informa posts it in the Exhibitor Resource Center. For the February 2026 show its FAQ listed move-in on February 15 and 16. Cardboard must be flattened and tied outside your space, and it comes back at the close.
Where should PROJECT exhibitors stay?
onPeak is PROJECT's only official hotel partner, with discounted rates at select hotels including Resorts World, Encore and Vdara until January 21, 2027. Free shuttles leave Aria, Encore, Treasure Island, Sahara and Resorts World for the LVCC every 15 to 20 minutes.
Can we reuse our PROJECT booth in August?
That is the plan we recommend. PROJECT returns August 16–18, 2027, so we store the February fixtures in Las Vegas, swap the graphics for the new season and reinstall. The same kit can also travel to MAGIC New York or to Chicago Collective for menswear buyers in the Midwest.
Does PROJECT have a program for emerging menswear brands?
Emerging brands have their own community on the floor, and Informa's Brand Curation Program sets 10-minute daily appointments with buyers in a separate lounge for emerging and minority-owned labels. Retail buyers new to the shows can apply as Hosted Buyers.
Is PROJECT Las Vegas worth exhibiting at?
For contemporary menswear sold to specialty stores it puts the category in its own communities inside the busiest fashion week in Las Vegas, and 47% of its February 2026 buyers came from the western U.S., a region New York markets reach less. East Coast tailoring labels often add Chicago Collective or MAGIC New York.
Before you sign for PROJECT Las Vegas
Five things to ask every builder quoting PROJECT Las Vegas:
- Are all fees on paper, including what the contractor at the Las Vegas Convention Center bills?
- Who actually builds it for PROJECT Las Vegas: your shop or a subcontractor?
- Does your project manager stay on the floor through install and dismantle in Las Vegas?
- What does the rental include, and what is billed by PROJECT Las Vegas?
- Where does the booth go after the show, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it to the Las Vegas Convention Center, install it and store it between shows. The structure you paid for stays in use.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground in Las Vegas: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? In two to three weeks, a rental with your graphics can be ready for Las Vegas. You will know on the first call what is realistic for your PROJECT Las Vegas date.
