Back-to-back importer tastings: Vinexpo Americas 2027 booths, Miami Beach
Buyers from across the Americas pre-book their Vinexpo Americas tastings, so we build a stand that pours, seats an importer and hides two days of backstock in one compact footprint. For Hall D we time freight to off-island marshaling and the convention center's North and South loading docks.

What makes Vinexpo Americas different, and how we build for it
Vinexpo Americas is Vinexposium's fair for selling wine into the whole hemisphere, not only into the U.S.three-tier system. After years in New York it moved to Miami Beach in 2025: the 2026 edition drew 1,659 participants from 53 countries, and Vinexposium's closing report counts an 11% increase in visitors from South America. Exhibitors arrive with meetings booked through the show's business matching, and guests of the Hosted Buyer program commit to a minimum number of meetings each day. Be Spirits Miami and The Other Sip, formerly Be No, share the event for spirits, beer, cider and no/low drinks, while the Academy runs masterclasses and Quick Talks between appointments.
A seated tasting of the range in a set order, landed-price thinking for each market, and a producer who can talk allocations, label approval and the U.S. three-tier route in one meeting.
Wines that fit a shelf, a list or a duty-free bay at a clear price point, poured quickly between booked meetings, with case formats and lead times written down.
Proof of reliable supply and regulatory compliance for strict procurement frameworks: tech sheets, certifications, volumes and a contact who can answer tender questions on the spot.

Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We build in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, and our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Miami Beach Convention Center, and install with our own project manager on the floor and vetted local labor. Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA.

Inside Vinexpo Americas 2027
Rules that shape your booth
Vinexpo Americas admits only wine and spirits professionals, associated businesses and journalists, stays closed to the general public and turns away anyone under 21, even when accompanied. We skip consumer giveaways and build the counter for trade pours, spit cups and tech sheets.
Visitors may not bring suitcases or carry bottles in backpacks, and bags over 55 × 35 × 25 cm (about 22 × 14 × 10 inches) go to the cloakroom. Buyers leave with contacts, not cases, so we add a badge-scan point, sample-request cards and QR codes to tech sheets at the counter.
Vinexpo Americas requires a badge to enter and move around the exhibition, each badge is strictly personal, and identities can be checked at the entrance. We draw up your stand roster early, from pourers to a visiting winemaker, so nobody shares a badge between shifts.
The Vinexpo Americas security list prohibits candles, aerosol sprays and flammable or hazardous materials on site. We light bottle walls with LED strips, give the sommelier a battery lamp in place of a decanting candle and pack pump-spray glass cleaner instead of aerosol cans.
Exhibitors request meetings online 6 to 8 weeks before Vinexpo Americas, with a weekly allowance of 20 messages and 20 meeting requests. We fix your table and seat count before that window opens, so every appointment you confirm has a chair in Hall D.
Programs worth planning for
Exhibitors and visitors book meetings ahead through the show's matchmaking service; the 2026 edition recorded 1,129 booked meetings, and Vinexposium pairs it with a curated Hosted Buyer program and networking formats.
Part of Vinexposium's Club programme for top buyers: selected new members attending for the first time can receive hotel accommodation and transportation, subject to conditions, and must attend a minimum number of meetings per day.
Masterclasses and conferences during both show days; the 2026 programme included sessions from ASI, Riedel and the Provence wine council, plus Quick Talks from IWSR and MHW, and the Quick Talks return in 2027.
An exhibitor option in the show's visibility catalogue: your cuvée is presented in the Club Lounge, where key buyers and international press meet, to a select audience of international Club Buyers during the show.
Vinexpo Americas is the U.S. wine fair aimed at importers from the whole hemisphere; choose it over WSWA Access LIVE when you still need an importer, or buyers from Mexico, Brazil, Canada and the Caribbean, rather than meetings with American wholesalers. Popular booth sizes at Vinexpo Americas
Vinexpo Americas mixes single-estate stands with national and regional bodies such as Wines of Georgia and ProMendoza, which exhibit to promote their producers, all inside Hall D. We recommend a 10×20 pour-and-meet stand for one producer or an importer portfolio, and a 20×20 island when a region hosts several producers at their own tables.

A pour counter for walk-up tastings at one end and a seated table for importer appointments at the other, with lockable case storage between them.

Machu Picchu Foods at a food and beverage trade show
A layered, walk-through environment inspired by the landmark itself, turning curiosity into sampling conversations.
Machu Picchu Foods sells food, not wine, but its walk-through booth solved the same problem: drawing buyers in to taste and talk, the job a Hall D tasting stand has.

04 Designing for wine, spirits and no/low beverage producers at Vinexpo Americas
Four things we get right for Vinexpo Americas exhibitors
1Seat the booked meetings first
Vinexpo Americas logged 1,129 booked meetings in 2026, more than seven per exhibitor on average. We plan the stand around that calendar: a two-to-four seat table set back from the aisle, the pour station within arm's reach and a screen or binder holding each market's price list.
2Hold whites and bubbles at temperature
Tuesday's floor runs from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., in Miami Beach in May. We build under-counter wine fridges and ice wells into the counter, size their circuits on your technical-services order and leave room behind the pour for dump buckets and glass racks.
3Zone the counter by show format
Wine belongs to Vinexpo Americas, spirits, beer, cider and RTDs to Be Spirits Miami, and no/low drinks to The Other Sip. When your portfolio crosses formats, we split the counter, shelving and graphics by category so buyers arriving from each area find their bottles first.
Print graphics in three languages
The top ten visitor countries in 2026 ran from Canada and the U.S. to Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Jamaica. We set region, grape and price tier in English with Spanish and Portuguese lines, and give each wine a QR code to a tech sheet in all three languages.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
You see the booth in 3D before we cut a single panel: layout, graphics, lighting and product positions, revised until it is right. Shown: a Purple concept for Seafoodia.

Logistics for Vinexpo Americas 2027, handled
Under Florida's right-to-work law, your own full-time employees can assemble the stand with hand tools inside the show's limits, and any hired labor comes through the official contractor or an approved EAC that we file for you. Rigging, electrical, internet, cleaning and catering stay exclusive to the Miami Beach Convention Center's providers. Trucks cross the MacArthur, Venetian or Julia Tuttle causeway after off-island marshaling and unload at the North Loading Dock, with 19 dock spaces, or the South Loading Dock, with 13. We budget drayage at about $170 per hundredweight, Purple's 2026 planning figure for this building, file Miami Beach Fire Prevention plan review for covered builds and install with our own project manager.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Miami Beach Convention Center exhibitor guide.
Hall guide
Vinexpo Americas 2027 occupies Hall D of the Miami Beach Convention Center, one of four connected exhibition halls, with Be Spirits Miami and The Other Sip run as dedicated areas of the same event.
One of the center's four contiguous exhibition halls, which total 491,654 sq ft; Vinexposium lists Hall D as the 2027 venue, and badge stations open at 9:00 a.m.
Our advice: With the whole event in one hall, buyers can walk every aisle in two days, so we set brand, region and price tier at eye level to read at walking pace.
The area for spirits, beer, cider, RTDs and mixology, with dedicated pavilions and the Quick Talks, included in the Vinexpo Americas experience for exhibitors and visitors.
Our advice: Spirits buyers judge the serve, so we build a short back bar with speed rail, ice and a lit bottle shelf instead of a wine-style tasting table.
A standalone, category-exclusive area for no/low wines, spirits, beers and RTDs, formerly called Be No, positioned alongside Vinexpo Americas and Be Spirits.
Our advice: Alcohol-free buyers compare labels closely, so we give each product a chilled display and a clear panel stating ABV, ingredients and the suggested serve.
The enclosed North Loading Dock covers 108,543 sq ft with 19 dock spaces; the South Loading Dock covers 31,020 sq ft with 13 dock spaces.
Our advice: We book target times at the dock serving your hall and route trucks through off-island marshaling, so crates reach Hall D inside their window.

Vinexpo Americas exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before Vinexpo Americas
How much does a booth at Vinexpo Americas 2027 cost?
Most producers here need a tasting stand, not an island: a rented 10×10 with a fridge counter starts at $3,500, and a 10×20 with a seated meeting table runs $7,500 to $15,000. A custom 20×20 regional pavilion runs $50,000 to $120,000. Refrigeration, the number of pour positions and three-language graphics move the price; Vinexposium invoices the floor space itself.
What is the deadline to book a booth for Vinexpo Americas 2027?
Space is booked online with Vinexposium, and technical services such as water and electricity are ordered from the online store once your stand location is allocated. To build a custom stand in Fishkill, NY and truck it to Miami Beach on time, we need your approval of the design by early March 2027; a rental can follow a few weeks later.
Can we rent a booth for Vinexpo Americas, and what comes with it?
A Purple rental for Miami Beach pairs a reusable frame with graphics printed from your labels, a pour counter with a wine fridge bay, lighting and lockable case storage, plus freight, installation in Hall D and dismantle, all on one fixed proposal. Importers showing several producers often rent the structure and swap a printed panel for each brand.
Can we set up our own stand at the Miami Beach Convention Center?
Florida law is right-to-work, which lets your full-time employees put up a stand themselves using hand tools, inside the limits the organizer sets. Hand-carry means one person, one trip and no wheels; anything on a cart or dolly goes through the dock. Electrical, rigging and internet belong to the center's exclusive providers. We send instructions for a simple stand or install a larger one ourselves.
Can we run our own masterclass at Vinexpo Americas?
The organizer offers two formats in its visibility catalogue: a one-hour Classic Wine or Spirits Masterclass, staffed with a hostess and waiters, and 30-minute Quick Talks on market insights and consumer trends. We print a session card and a matching shelf panel so the buyers who taste your flight in the session can find the same bottles at your Hall D counter.
What does drayage cost at the Miami Beach Convention Center, and who pays it?
Our 2026 planning rate for this building is roughly $170 per hundredweight, plus the usual minimum weight and surcharges, and the official contractor bills you directly from the tariff in the exhibitor kit. Off-island marshaling adds time rather than rate, so we book a target window, consolidate crates on one bill of lading and print the estimate on your proposal.
Should we exhibit at Vinexpo Americas, Be Spirits Miami or The Other Sip?
Book by category: wine under Vinexpo Americas; spirits, beer, cider, RTDs and mixology under Be Spirits Miami; no/low wines, spirits, beers and RTDs under The Other Sip. Each has its own booking link in the 2027 exhibitor area, and a Vinexpo Americas visitor badge also opens Be Spirits Miami, so a mixed portfolio can split across two areas; we design each stand to the area it sits in.
Can we reuse our Vinexpo Americas stand at other shows?
We build in modules, so the same counter, fridge bay and bottle wall can travel to WSWA Access LIVE in Grapevine, Bar & Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas or the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York. Between dates the stand waits in our storage, and we reprint label graphics and price panels for each new audience.
We are a winery outside the US. Can you handle our stand in Miami Beach?
Yes. Participants came from 53 countries in 2026, and we run the U.S. side for overseas producers: design approval by email, production in our Fishkill, NY shop, freight to the advance warehouse, install, dismantle and storage for the next edition. Your wine travels separately through your importer or freight forwarder, and we schedule its delivery to the stand.
When is Vinexpo Americas 2027?
Vinexpo Americas 2027 runs Tuesday, May 11 and Wednesday, May 12, 2027. Visitors enter from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on day one and 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on day two, with badge stations opening at 9:00 a.m. Exhibitors work to their own opening and closing times, which Vinexposium sets for stand staff alone.
Where is Vinexpo Americas 2027 held?
In Hall D of the Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida. The venue puts Miami International Airport (MIA) 12 miles away. Vinexposium points visitors and exhibitors to bnetwork for hotel rooms, and the center's garage on levels 4 and 5 offers 800 spaces at a $20 flat event fee.
How many people attend Vinexpo Americas?
The April 2026 edition in Miami Beach brought together 1,659 participants from 53 countries and logged 1,129 booked meetings, according to Vinexposium. The first Miami edition in May 2025 welcomed 2,106 wine and spirits professionals from 46 countries, and the last New York edition, at the Javits Center in June 2024, drew 2,634 visitors and 260 exhibitors.
Is Vinexpo Americas open to the public?
No. Vinexposium reserves the show for wine and spirits professionals, related businesses and journalists, and turns away anyone under 21, even with a parent. Every visitor orders a strictly personal badge on the Vinexposium badge platform, staff can check identities at the entrance, and appropriate attire is required on the floor.
Who organizes Vinexpo Americas?
Vinexposium runs Vinexpo Americas together with its two companion areas, Be Spirits Miami and The Other Sip Miami. The same company organizes Wine Paris, Vinexpo Asia in Hong Kong and the World Bulk Wine Exhibition in Amsterdam. Stands for all three Miami formats are booked in one place, the Vinexpo Americas 2027 exhibitor area.
