Paris Las Vegas Exhibitor Guide

Also known as Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, the Paris Hotel and, in some show kits, The Paris Resort & Convention Center

Behind the half-size Eiffel Tower is one pillarless room: the 85,204 sq ft Paris Ballroom, with a 30–34 ft ceiling and a single loading dock along its back wall. Air show, car rental, RV dealer and travel trade expos run here. It connects indoors to Horseshoe, not to Caesars Forum, and the labor rules are stricter than most first-time exhibitors expect.

  • 3,000+ exhibitors served

Quick answers

What exhibitors ask about Paris Las Vegas

Does Paris Las Vegas have an exhibit hall?Yes, the Paris Ballroom.

The 85,204 sq ft ballroom is used as one hall or split into Concorde, Rivoli and Vendôme. ICAS uses a 46,000 sq ft hall here for its December convention.

Can my own staff set up the booth?Only small pop-ups.

At an LVE show here, full-time staff may set 10 × 10 and 10 × 20 pop-ups, with no hard walls. Everything else needs union labor. Check your own kit.

Is Paris connected to Caesars Forum? No. It connects to Horseshoe.

An indoor walkway runs to Horseshoe Las Vegas. Caesars Forum is about half a mile north, linked by a bridge to Harrah's and The LINQ.

Can I ship to the hotel? Not ahead of move-in.

Paris will not accept and store advance shipments. Ship to your contractor's warehouse, or to the show site only on the dates in your kit.

The calendar

Paris Las Vegas events 2026–2027: trade and consumer shows

The air show business, car rental, utility telecom, travel agents and travel nurses all run their own expos at Paris, and an investor show and a learning-disabilities conference fill the hall in February. Confirm dates, room and contractor with each organizer.

Dates from each organizer's site, checked October 2026: ICAS, LDACON64, MoneyShow, Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum, International Car Rental Show, UTC Telecom & Technology and TravCon. The RV Dealers Convention/Expo runs here November 9–13, 2026 (TotalExpo), before it moves to Caesars Forum in 2027. Recent shows include the WWA Show (October 6–9, 2026, Shepard), the I.U.P.A. Convention & Expo (August 2026) and the DAV National Convention Expo (August 2025). Affiliate Summit West 2027 is at Caesars Forum, not Paris, whatever some event directories say.

The conference center sits on one level. The Paris Ballroom's three sections run side by side from the loading dock to the Paris Foyer, with the Champagne and Versailles ballrooms beside Concorde. Two more ballrooms are in the Versailles Tower, across the pedestrian bridge. The diagram follows Caesars' own conference-center map.

Labor & rules

Paris Las Vegas labor rules: what your team can do itself

Nevada is a right-to-work state, but show labor at Paris runs under union agreements with the contractors, and Paris calls itself a union facility. The rules below come from LVE's 2026 exhibitor manual for a show at Paris and from the DAV expo's 2025 Paris expo policies and exhibitor terms. Both say union trade members install exhibits and handle dock freight. The pop-up exception for your own staff is written in the LVE kit only, so check your own kit before you plan on it.

✓Your full-time staff

  • At LVE shows: set 10 × 10 and 10 × 20 pop-ups ("mom & pop pop-ups"), carrying company ID such as a payroll stub
  • Unpack and place your own products
  • Hand-carry once: one person per booth, one trip, by hand, no carts or dollies, through the front entrance
  • Bring a small car load under 200 lbs, unloaded by a Teamster with one cart ($195 straight time at LVE)

●Union labor and Encore

  • Teamsters: all freight into and out of the hall, empty crates, forklifts
  • Union exhibit labor: hard-wall and gem-wall exhibits, flooring, hanging signs
  • Encore: exclusive power, AV, internet and expo-floor labor, by IATSE Local 720 members
  • Ceiling-hung signs go up through the Paris vendor, from existing structures only

!Not allowed

  • Gem walls or hard-wall exhibits set by your own staff
  • Bellman carts for exhibit freight (LVE charges a $175 minimum)
  • Tape, nails or leaning anything on walls; only low-adhesive tape on hotel carpet, over visqueen
  • Two-wire extension cords, or plugging into hotel outlets without permission

Paris Las Vegas drayage and show budget estimator

Pick a booth size and type to get planning numbers for shipping weight, drayage at about $165 per hundredweight and installation and dismantling (I&D) labor. Every number is a Purple planning estimate, not a quote. One contractor publishes rates for a show here: LVE's 2026 kit lists $126 per hundredweight and $180 an hour straight time. Bigger shows with other contractors usually cost more, so we plan higher. Nevada is a right-to-work state, but show labor here is union. See all venues on the Las Vegas drayage rates page.

How these planning numbers work

  • Shipping weight: about 6 lbs per sq ft for a rental booth, 9 for custom or hybrid, 12 for fully custom, crated, with graphics and furniture.
  • Drayage: $165 per 100 lbs (cwt), Purple's planning rate for Paris, with a 200 lb minimum. LVE's 2026 kit here lists $126, late freight $163.80. Loose or pad-wrapped freight adds 30%.
  • I&D labor hours: install plus dismantle, 0.06–0.10 person-hours per sq ft for rental, 0.08–0.14 for custom or hybrid, 0.12–0.20 for fully custom.
  • Labor rate: $180–$230 per person-hour, straight time. LVE's 2026 kit lists $180 ($195 after the deadline); overtime is $270 and double time $360.
  • Own staff: only for 10 × 10 and 10 × 20 pop-ups at LVE shows, and only if your kit agrees (see the labor rules above). Then I&D labor drops to $0.
  • Not included: booth space, the exhibit itself, freight to Las Vegas, Encore power and internet, rigging, carpet, travel and tax.

At Paris: power, AV, internet and rigging come only from Encore and are extra. If your hall is carpeted, your own carpet goes over visqueen; if your show's hall is not carpeted, as ICRS says of its hall, budget for flooring.

Insider tips

Paris Las Vegas exhibitor tips: what experienced teams do

Floor plan

Know your row from the dock

The dock opens onto the C end of Concorde, Rivoli and Vendôme. Big crates for an island at the A end, by the foyer, travel the length of a 238 ft room.

Labor

Pop-up or union, nothing between

At LVE shows your staff may set only 10 × 10 or 10 × 20 pop-ups, with no hard walls. A modular inline with panels needs a union crew, so budget for it.

Shipping

Never ship to the front desk

Paris will not store advance freight, and bellman carts for exhibit freight cost a $175 minimum at LVE. Use the warehouse address in your kit.

Floor

Ask whether your hall is carpeted

Most kits here say the hall is carpeted and ask for visqueen under your own carpet. ICRS says its hall is not. Order flooring to match.

Services

Put Encore on its own checklist

Power, AV, internet and rigging all come from Encore, done by IATSE Local 720. It is a different order from the decorator's, with its own deadlines.

Hotels

Room crews at Horseshoe

The indoor walkway makes Horseshoe the easiest second hotel; TravCon recommends it too. The Monorail stop downstairs reaches the LVCC area without a taxi.

The building

The $785 million resort opened on the site of the Galaxy Motel and the old Little Caesar's casino, built as a partner to Bally's next door. Architect Joel Bergman designed it with a half-size Eiffel Tower whose legs come down into the casino.

3655 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109, per the Paris fact sheet. Harry Reid International (LAS) is about 3.5 miles away; the International Car Rental Show puts it at about 15 minutes. The Horseshoe/Paris Monorail station is on Horseshoe's lower level, with no street entrance.

Is Paris Las Vegas the same as Bally's or Horseshoe?

No. Paris was built in 1999 as the sister resort of Bally's next door, which reopened as Horseshoe Las Vegas in 2023. They are separate hotels joined indoors; the Horseshoe fact sheet lists more than 175,000 sq ft of its own meeting space plus direct access to Paris's 140,000.

Does Paris Las Vegas have a loading dock?

Yes, one dock that opens onto the back wall of the Paris Ballroom, on the C side of all three sections. The DAV 2025 expo policies list dock times Monday to Friday 3 a.m.–2 p.m. and weekends from 5 a.m.; dock work is union only. Bay counts and door sizes are not published.

How much does parking cost at Paris Las Vegas?

Caesars has charged for self-parking at Paris since 2020, with exemptions for Nevada residents and top Caesars Rewards tiers; rates change, so check Caesars' parking page before you go. Some shows include it: DAV's 2025 expo badges gave free parking in the Paris garage. Trucks may not park overnight at the dock.

What shows are at Paris Las Vegas in 2026 and 2027?

Upcoming expos include ICAS (Dec 7–10, 2026), LDACON64 (Feb 17–19, 2027), MoneyShow (Feb 21–24, 2027), the Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum (Mar 21–24), the International Car Rental Show (May 4–6), UTC Telecom & Technology (May 17–20), TravCon (Sep 12–15) and ICAS again (Dec 6–9, 2027). RVDA runs here Nov 9–13, 2026, then moves to Caesars Forum.

Exhibiting at Paris Las Vegas?
