Silicon Valley booths are judged by engineers, so the people in them need to understand what they are pointing at. Purple Exhibits sends local demo hosts, product presenters, booth reps, brand ambassadors and launch hostesses to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, the Santa Clara Convention Center, corporate campuses and private launch events, all at a flat $85 an hour per person with a four-hour minimum. Our South Bay crew signs your NDA before the product briefing, rides VTA light rail to either hall and costs nothing in travel. Many valley events show something that is not public yet: a chip, a model, a device on a campus stage. Here is how our staff handle it, from the first email to the keynote.
We sign your NDA, or our own if you prefer, before the briefing invite goes out. No one sees a slide until it is signed.
The product briefing happens in a closed room on your campus or on a private call. Notes stay with your team lead.
Staff follow your camera rules on the floor and at the launch: no posts, no tags, no behind-the-scenes shots.
Before the keynote, staff talk about the problem you solve. After the announcement, they switch to the full demo script.
What the South Bay does to call times, commutes and outdoor shifts.
The Green Line runs from Convention Center station downtown to Great America station in Santa Clara without a transfer. Our crew uses it to skip GTC-week parking.
Game and concert days fill the roads and garages around the Santa Clara hall. We check the stadium calendar and move call times before your show opens.
Mineta San José International is about four miles from the McEnery center, so your own team flies in late and our crew handles the first morning.
The South Bay is sunny most of the year and summer afternoons run into the 80s. Outdoor launch staff get shade and water breaks.
Each die is a recurring event. Months are typical and dates move every year, so confirm with the organizer before you lock your crew.
