Boston’s two convention centers sit in different neighborhoods with different hotels and transit. We book staff for the one you’re in.
The big one: a single huge exhibit floor on the South Boston waterfront, ringed by new hotels and restaurants. Seafood Expo, PAX East, BIO in its Boston years and the region’s largest conventions.
A smaller, older hall connected to the Prudential Center and Copley hotels by indoor walkways. Medical meetings, the Boston Marathon expo and mid-size conferences.
At a life-science meeting, one booth sees four very different visitors. Our staff learn to spot each and route them to the right person on your team.
Wants data, not a pitch. Staff ask what they’re working on, hand over the poster or white paper, and book time with your MSL or scientist.
Looking for partners. Staff qualify modality and stage, then route straight to your business-development team.
Short on time. Staff recognise the badge, offer the deck and book a meeting slot.
Procurement or lab ops. Staff capture needs, timelines and budget for your sales team.
We watch the forecast for every winter booking and keep standby staff who live close to the venue.
Staff walk in through slush and change at the booth. No salt stains on your carpet.
We plan a coat drop so staff never work the booth in parkas.
Silver and Green Line delays happen in storms. Staff arrive with a buffer.
Boston’s deals happen in Seaport hotels, Back Bay ballrooms and Cambridge labs as much as on the show floor. Our crew covers them all.
