Yes. OTC is Houston’s biggest show. We staff indoor and outdoor booths with reps briefed on your equipment and on energy-industry basics, and we reserve teams six weeks ahead because OTC fills the city every May.
They are not engineers, but every OTC and energy-show team is briefed on your products and key terms like upstream, midstream, subsea and LNG. Their job is to qualify visitors and hand serious buyers to your technical people.

Outdoor staff get shorter rotations, shade breaks and water, and we choose uniforms that work in 90-degree weather. Indoor teams rotate through the outdoor area rather than standing there all day.
We keep a standby list and a call tree for every Houston booking between June and November. If the organiser changes dates, we work with you to cover the new schedule with the same team where possible.
For a 20×20, plan four: a greeter, two booth reps and a hostess for meetings. Large outdoor exhibits usually need a separate rotating team.
Spanish is available on almost every booking. Vietnamese, Mandarin, Arabic and Portuguese speakers are also available for international energy delegations.
Our Houston coordinator sends a briefed replacement within two hours, or that shift is free.
