An island booth built around a row of portal-framed demo bays, each with a workstation desk and monitor, separated by hedge planter dividers and topped with icon graphic headers. A tall structure at one end carries a large TV over a low cabinet, a corner reception counter greets visitors, and a lounge area sits behind the demo row.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-080 is 8,500 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet and depends on the hall, so it isn't in the estimate. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor to hang it. Your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit.
