NHIA charges $4,400 per 10×10 for members in 2027, plus $200 per corner, with a higher non-member rate. Purple's build is separate: a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000, a 20×20 custom island $50,000 to $120,000. At NHIA, pump plinths, rigging approval and resort freight are what move the total.

For any island with a hanging sign, January 8, 2027, when rigging diagrams must be approved. Reservations made after October 1, 2026 pay in full within 30 days or before February 19, 2027, whichever comes first. We need island design sign-off by mid-December 2026.

A Purple rental for NHIA includes the frame, printed graphics, LED lighting, pump plinths, a counter and storage, with freight to the Gaylord Pacific, setup and teardown on one fixed proposal. When the expo closes Monday afternoon, the rental returns to us and nothing needs shipping home.

Each 10×10 includes an 8-foot background drape, 3-foot side rails, a company ID sign, a directory listing, general hall cleaning and security, and lunch for two days for all exhibitors. Members get two full conference registrations per 10×10 and non-members one; extra staff registrations start at $825 for members.

Only over an island. NHIA 2027 allows rigging for island booths alone, to a maximum height of 20 feet with approval, and the rigging company and show management must approve diagrams by January 8, 2027. Inline booths carry their brand on the back wall instead.

Under NHIA's 2027 terms, linear and island booths cancelled by October 1, 2026 received a 50% refund, and cancellations after that date get no refund. Downsizing from an island to a linear booth follows the island terms for the square footage dropped. Requests go in writing to NHIA's exhibits manager.

Infusion and specialty pharmacy suppliers also exhibit at Asembia AXS, ASHP Midyear and the NCPA Convention. We build NHIA booths so pump plinths and graphic panels move between them, keep the kit stored between meetings and reprint only what changes.

We do. NHIA runs service orders and lead retrieval through its Exhibitor Portal, and in 2026 54% of exhibitors used lead retrieval, averaging 40 leads each. We place the orders our build needs, file the rigging diagram and send you every confirmation.

NHIA 2027 runs Friday, March 19 to Tuesday, March 23, 2027. The expo opens Saturday, March 20, 4:30–7 p.m. with the Grand Opening Reception, then Sunday, March 21, noon–3 p.m., and Monday, March 22, 10:30 a.m.–1 p.m. NHIA 2026 met in Denver in April 2026.

At the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, 1000 H Street in Chula Vista, which NHIA lists as San Diego; the expo uses California Ballroom 1–4. NHIA's conference hotel rate starts at $349 a night, available until February 23, 2027 or until the block sells out.

NHIA's 2027 prospectus describes 1,700+ home, alternate site and specialty infusion professionals and 150+ exhibitors. NHIA reports that 21% of attendees are senior management or owners, more than 70% influence purchasing and 59% represent organizations buying $1 million or more a year.

The National Home Infusion Association, the trade association for home and alternate site infusion providers and their suppliers. NHIA sells booths and sponsorships through its exhibits and sponsorship sales manager, and supplier members get extra recognition on site.
