PRODUCT STUDY
A large part is not automatically the clearest display. Select a component, cutaway or model that allows the visitor to understand the work your team performs. Support it with approved application and service information.
Group displays around a buyer’s question, such as a system or maintenance task, rather than only by component size. Keep the specialist’s view of the aisle open so a technical discussion can begin at the product. Provide a nearby surface for drawings and detailed follow-up.

List aircraft components, cutaways, tools and software stations with dimensions, weights and handling requirements. Decide which visitors can touch and which require supervised access. Prepare relevant technical information and a repeatable demonstration.

Record dimensions, weight, lifting points, finish protection and any fragile features. The display support and the shipping solution should be considered together. A component that is simple to ship may still need careful positioning inside the booth.
Agree who unpacks, installs, checks and repacks each item. Keep handling instructions with the crate and retain a condition record at handover. Coordinate the arrival of large parts with the assembly of walls and overhead features so the most difficult lift does not become the last task.
Heavy or high-value aircraft parts require agreed handling methods, protective packaging and a clear chain of responsibility. Coordinate the order of component delivery and booth assembly at the Orange County Convention Center, with mounts ready before installation.
