Cancer research & life sciences

Researchers need to understand what a tool does, what evidence supports it and where it fits their work. A strong AACR booth makes the application legible from the aisle, then gives specialists a focused place to discuss the details.

Let the scientific question lead.

Research evidence, instrument access and scientific dialogue organized around the question visitors are investigating.

How Purple plans any show ↗

A DIFFERENT DISPLAY FOR EACH OFFER

Cancer research & life sciences.
Designed in context.

Confirm instrument dimensions, power, sample requirements and the planned demonstration mode. Use approved illustrative datasets and research materials. Assign scientific review of display claims and technical review of equipment operation before production.

01

Instruments & laboratory tools

Position equipment for a clear view and comfortable demonstration. Use a short application story to connect the hardware with the research task.

02

Research platforms & services

Organize the offer around the user’s workflow and relevant capabilities. Provide seating and presentation access for detailed scientific conversations.

03

Software & analytical tools

Build a readable data story using approved example datasets. Support both a quick overview and a specialist-led walkthrough.

01

EVIDENCE & EVALUATION

Make the scientific application easy to find

Choose the research workflow or application that gives the visitor a reason to stop. A concise application label can direct the right audience more effectively than a broad claim about innovation. Let the physical instrument or selected interface reinforce that message.

Use approved scientific content in layers: a brief introduction at the edge, a readable explanation beside the product and supporting detail at the discussion table. Keep the final review process for datasets, terminology and claims visible in the production schedule so graphics are not approved before the science is.

THE PEOPLE. THE PRODUCT. THE MOMENT.

Discovery starts with a good question.

Create room for researchers to stop, compare methods and talk to the people behind the technology. A well-hosted instrument display can be both precise and welcoming.

A CONCEPT FOR AACR

From a scientific question to a useful discussion.

Give a researcher enough context to recognize the application, inspect the tool and decide which question to bring to your specialist.

01

The research question

Introduce the application in language the intended researcher will recognize, with a clear connection to your product.

02

The tool or method

Display the instrument, assay workflow or analytical interface where its important detail can be examined.

03

The supporting information

Keep approved data, methods and references readable at a discussion position rather than compressed onto a distant wall.

04

The specialist exchange

Provide a table for an application conversation and a clear route to the appropriate scientific team member.

02

SPECIALIST WORKFLOW

Plan staffing around the exhibit hours

The published AACR 2027 exhibit schedule is April 4–6, within the longer April 2–7 meeting. The current organizer page lists a noon opening on Sunday, April 4, followed by earlier openings on Monday and Tuesday. Check the latest schedule when assigning product specialists and setting appointments.

Coordinate instrument setup, content playback and any training before the exhibit floor opens. Assign a host who can identify the application specialist a visitor needs. A separate conversation table allows a detailed methods discussion to continue while another researcher inspects the display.

Can Purple plan AACR booth installation around the Orlando move-in dates

Laboratory instruments and sensitive demonstration materials need a coordinated arrival and handling plan. Protect equipment, track responsibility for setup and use AACR’s current island-booth or general move-in schedule for the assigned exhibit.

A VERIFIED PURPLE PROJECT

Collective Minds.
A real point of reference.

Collective Minds provides a medical-research reference from Purple’s portfolio. The exhibit places clinical-trial imaging messages and software screens beside small consultation tables. The photograph supports a scientific-conversation setting; it does not establish an oncology-specific project or an AACR installation.

LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT

Choose the depth of scientific discussion.

Large scientific posters are not automatically readable exhibit graphics. Separate the aisle message from the detailed information a researcher will examine up close.

FOCUSED

One research workflow and evidence counter

One application-led display and a close-view scientific discussion counter.

AACR · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS

What cancer-research exhibitors need to resolve.

Discuss your requirements ↗
Can Purple design around laboratory instruments and scientific presentations?

Yes. Purple can develop the exhibit, equipment positioning, graphics and AV integration. Your scientific and product teams supply approved content, operating requirements and technical validation.

Are the AACR meeting dates the same as the exhibit dates?

No. The published 2027 meeting runs April 2–7, while the exhibit floor is scheduled for April 4–6. Use the organizer’s exhibit timetable for staffing and show-floor appointments, and its separate move-in schedule for installation.

How should we display dense scientific information?

Use a concise application message at the aisle and provide detailed, approved information at a comfortable reading position. A close-view screen or discussion table is better suited to methods and data than an oversized wall of small text.

Can a scientific services company have an effective exhibit without an instrument?

Yes. Build the experience around a clear research question, an approved workflow and a specialist discussion. Use representative outputs and supporting information that accurately describe the service.

What is included in an AACR scientific exhibit budget?

Instrument fixtures, secure display cases, technical graphics, screen systems and meeting space can drive costs. Compare the value of an operational instrument with a static display and a strong workflow demonstration before committing freight and services.

Can Purple plan AACR booth installation around the Orlando move-in dates?

Laboratory instruments and sensitive demonstration materials need a coordinated arrival and handling plan. Protect equipment, track responsibility for setup and use AACR’s current island-booth or general move-in schedule for the assigned exhibit.

MAKE THE NEXT CONVERSATION SPECIFIC

Prepare the evidence behind the display.
