What makes The Battery Show different, and how we build for it
The Battery Show, run by Informa Markets alongside the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, is the U.S.floor where cell makers, cathode and separator suppliers, formation and test equipment builders and storage integrators meet automotive, aerospace and grid buyers in one building. Ford, General Motors, Tesla, Rivian, CATL and LG Chem appear on its attendee list. The Open Tech Forum sits at the center of the floor, the Battery Tech Theater and New Product Showcase run 15-minute demos at booths, the BATT to the Future Zone gathers nine hand-picked exhibitors, and pavilions group UK, German, recycling and lead battery suppliers. The Battery Awards add 15 categories, including Battery Startup of the Year.
Chemistry, format and test data: energy density, cycle life, thermal runaway behavior and the validation reports behind them, explained by an engineer with the sample in hand.

Battery Show rules that shape your booth
Exhibitors must keep their booth staffed through the end of the show; early dismantling violates the fire code and can bring corrective action from Show Management or the Fire Marshal. We schedule dismantle crews to start at the close and not before.
Move-in follows a targeted floor plan that gives each booth its day and time, five days ending the day before the expo in 2026. We book trucks to your slot so equipment does not wait in a queue.
Informa sets an 18-and-over rule for the expo halls and conference rooms, citing safety, insurance and security, and admits only service animals. We brief your travel team so no family members arrive expecting a badge.
Badge allotment is up to 10 per 10×10 of booth space, with a charge for extras, and suppliers selling without a booth pay a $399 Non-Exhibiting Supplier fee (2026). We size the booth to the staff you plan to send.
