AWFS Fair 2027Las Vegas exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines

AWFS sells 2027 space from $16.00 per square foot for members and $20.00 for non-members on booths under 600 square feet, so a 20×20 is $6,400 to $8,000 in space. Our side adds $16,000 to $40,000 for a rental island or $50,000 to $120,000 custom; machine weight and power drops move it most.

AWFS has published no space-draw date for 2027; applications that arrive after the Space Draw are placed first-come, first-served, and members get priority in booth selection. For our build, approving the design in late April 2027 lets crates reach the Las Vegas advance warehouse by mid-June.

Our AWFS rentals pair a reusable aluminum structure and your printed fabric with lighting, counters for hardware and finished panels and a lockable closet for tooling, plus install and dismantle managed by your Purple project manager. A 10×20 runs $7,500 to $15,000; a rail and viewing line for a running machine can be added.

Staff on your own payroll can bolt panels together using hand tools. Moving a router or a crate on wheels belongs to Teamsters Local 631, and outside labor needs show approval, which is why Purple registers as your appointed contractor, insurance certificate filed a month before move-in, before any install labor reaches the floor.

You can; AWFS places operational machinery on the left side of the West Hall, so ask for a booth there when you apply. The 2027 exhibitor manual is not confirmed yet, so we design dust collection, guarding and power around your machines and adjust once AWFS publishes its machinery rules.

AWFS's Freeman booth packages include drayage, but the turnkey packages for 100 to 200 square feet do not. Freeman's 2027 tariff is not confirmed yet; Las Vegas bills material handling per hundredweight with a 200-pound minimum, so we consolidate crates onto one bill of lading and list the estimate on your proposal.

AWFS holds the 2027 Fair in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, the 600,000-square-foot hall opened in 2021 with the campus's best truck docks. Operational machinery goes on the left side of the hall, so we plan freight and rigging around that side once your booth number arrives.

We build modules that move on to IWF West in San Antonio in August 2027 or CAMX in Anaheim that October with new graphics. In the months between, the crates sit in Las Vegas storage, and we reprint panels whenever a new router model joins your lineup.

We do. AWFS sells its booth packages through Freeman; we place electrical, compressed air, material handling and rigging orders, book the machine move-in, file the EAC paperwork and send you a copy of each form, so your technicians only power up and run the demo.

AWFS Fair 2027 runs Tuesday to Thursday, July 13–15, 2027, in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Monday, July 12 is a distributor-only floor day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

AWFS lists 2027 exhibit hall hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 13, 14 and 15, with July 13 as the first official show day. On July 12 the hall keeps the same hours but only attendees with distributor badges may enter.

AWFS Fair is a trade event for industry professionals, and no one under 14 is admitted, including infants. An exhibit hall pass costs $20 if you pre-register by December 31, 2026 and $35 on site; CWWK sessions are priced separately.

AWFS's 2027 prospectus reports an average of 13,461 attendees and 556 exhibitors over the previous two Fairs, on 245,540 square feet, with attendees from all 50 states and 78 countries. AWFS reports these as a two-show average rather than per-year totals.

The Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers, based in Anaheim, California, owns and runs AWFS Fair. Its members get a $4.00 per square foot discount on booth space, priority in booth selection and access to the AWFS Fair Member Lounge.
