PTC'27 in Honolulu: suite and HUB booth branding for the 2027 deal week
PTC is a meeting week: carriers, subsea cable owners and data-center investors book suites in the Hilton towers and tables in the PTC HUB, so we build portable graphics, screens and lit counters that set up inside a converted room. Shipments land at the Aloha Business Center from December 26, 2026.

- Tapa Tower open to all suite holders
For PTC'27 the Tapa Tower is convertible and open to all, alongside the Diamond Head Tower. Companies that could not get a Tapa room before can now ask for one, which puts more suites a short walk from the PTC HUB. source

The Ali‘i Tower is under renovation and unavailable for PTC'27, and Rainbow Tower one-bedroom suites can only be used as is. Fewer convertible rooms means suite kits must fit smaller living areas. source
Inside PTC'27 2027
Rules that shape your PTC'27 booth
All signage in public areas needs PTC's written approval in advance, and PTC and Hilton security remove unauthorized signs; hallway signs other than the PTC door banner go without notice. We keep every graphic inside your room.
Renovations limit the Rainbow Tower: one-bedroom suites can only be used as is with bedrooms unchanged, and the Ali‘i Tower is unavailable for PTC'27. We size the kit to the tower and room type you actually hold.
PTC'27 suite food and beverage is arranged with your Hilton Event Services Manager, not PTC, and TV monitors and other AV are rented through Encore. We match our screen mounts and cabling to the Encore units you order.
Official PTC'27 badges are required for sessions, the PTC HUB, social events and the Tapa Bar; sharing a badge means confiscation, and no one under 21 attends PTC functions. We give you a staffing list matched to your registrations.
The Aloha Business Center accepts PTC'27 shipments from Saturday, December 26, 2026, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We time freight to arrive after that date and before the January 16 check-in.

Four things we get right for PTC'27 exhibitors
1Freestanding, because walls are off limits
PTC states that signage in public areas needs its written approval, and hallway signs other than the PTC door banner are removed without notice. Inside the suite we use self-standing frames and table graphics, so nothing is taped, nailed or hung on Hilton Hawaiian Village walls.
2Light the room for a 7:30 a.m. breakfast meeting
Converted suites at PTC'27 run from Sunday morning to Wednesday afternoon, and meetings start early. We add warm LED lighting to the graphic wall and the table so faces and route maps read well on video calls, and order Encore monitors through PTC's AV channel.
Plan the power before you land
PTC rents power strips at $150 each for the four-day meeting, Sunday morning to Wednesday afternoon. We list every screen, light and charger in the room, so the strip count is ordered by November 3, 2026, when setup changes stop being free.
Ship once, to the Aloha Business Center
PTC'27 shipments are accepted by the Aloha Business Center from December 26, 2026. We pack the suite kit in labelled cases for one delivery to your room after check-in on January 16, so nothing waits in a loading area during the busiest week of the Honolulu calendar.

PTC'27 runs inside Hilton Hawaiian Village, so the logistics are hotel logistics. Suites and rooms check in on Saturday, January 16, 2027 after 3 p.m., with keys from the mail and key desk after 4 p.m., and check out by 11 a.m. on January 21. Shipments go to the Aloha Business Center from December 26, 2026, open weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Furniture removal and room setups are ordered through PTC, food and drink through your Hilton event services manager, and monitors through Encore. We ship the kit, set it up after check-in with our own project manager and pack it out on checkout morning.

What are the PTC'27 dates?
PTC'27 runs January 17–20, 2027 at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu. Pre-conference programs start earlier: the Top Talent Leadership Development Program January 13–15 and the Academy Master Class January 15–16. The PTC HUB opens Sunday, January 17 at 8 a.m.
Where is PTC'27 held?
PTC'27 is at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, 2005 Kalia Road, Honolulu. The PTC HUB sits in Coral 3–5, suites are in the Tapa, Diamond Head and Rainbow towers, and the Closing Room is the South Pacific Boardroom on the top floor of the Mid-Pacific Conference Center.
Can you build a booth at PTC?
PTC does not sell a booth floor where a custom island fits. Companies take converted suites or rooms, PTC HUB exhibits, meeting booths or tables, or sponsorships. We build what fits those spaces: freestanding graphic walls, lit counters, screens and table branding that set up after check-in and leave the room as found.
How much does a suite at PTC'27 cost?
PTC's 2027 Hotel Suite Package costs $4,600 for members and $6,100 for non-members, and includes four Full Conference registrations, an online listing and a door sign. The Hotel Room Package costs $2,400 or $3,250 with two registrations. Our suite kit is quoted separately, with every cost on the proposal.
Are PTC'27 suites sold out?
PTC asks companies to email suites@ptc.org for alternate options or last-minute availability. The Ali‘i Tower is under renovation and unavailable for PTC'27, and the Rainbow Tower has limited options, so inventory is tighter than usual. If you hold a room or HUB space, we can still dress it.
What is the PTC HUB?
The PTC HUB is PTC's central gathering place in Coral 3–5, with exhibitors, meeting booths, meeting tables and the conference luncheons. It is open January 17–19 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and January 20 from 8 a.m. to noon, and badges are required. Orders go through PTC's HUB order request form.
Can we put up signs in the Hilton hallways?
Hallway signage other than the PTC-produced door banner is removed immediately without notice, and any sign in public areas needs PTC's written approval in advance. Each suite or room package includes one door sign, with custom artwork due December 7, 2026. Everything else we build stays inside your room.
What are the PTC'27 deadlines for exhibitors?
Early registration rates end November 2, 2026. Suite setup changes are free through November 3, then $400 per change per room. Door-sign artwork is due December 7, the PTC hotel rate runs until December 12, suite payment in full is due December 14, and registration refunds stop after December 15.
How do we ship displays to PTC'27?
The Aloha Business Center at Hilton Hawaiian Village accepts PTC'27 shipments from Saturday, December 26, 2026, and is open weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We ship the kit there in labelled cases and bring it to your room after the January 16 check-in.

Is PTC open to the public?
PTC'27 is a registered conference: official badges are required for sessions, the PTC HUB, social events and the Tapa Bar, and shared badges are confiscated. Guests aged 21 or older may attend only the Sunday Opening Reception with a guest ticket, and no one under 21 may attend PTC functions.
How do we order catering and AV for a PTC suite?
Food and beverage is not ordered through PTC: you mark interest on the suite order form and PTC connects you with your Hilton Event Services Manager. TV monitors and other AV are rented through Encore, and power strips through PTC at $150 each for the four days. We send you one list covering all three.
Can Purple install our suite at Hilton Hawaiian Village?
We ship the kit from Fishkill, NY, set it up after the Saturday check-in with our own project manager and pack it out on checkout morning, January 21. Every piece stands on its own, so nothing is fixed to the Hilton's walls, and the room is returned in its original setup.
Is PTC worth it for an equipment or data-center company?
PTC suits companies that sell network, subsea or data-center infrastructure to Pacific and global operators and want booked meetings rather than walk-up traffic. With 36% of PTC'26 attendees at C-suite or senior level, per PTC, a well-dressed suite and a full meeting calendar matter more than floor space.
