Exhibitors carry commercial general liability of at least $2 million naming the Society of Cosmetic Chemists as additional insured, under the 2026 agreement. We prepare the certificate request with your insurer when we file the paperwork.

In 2026 the SCC allowed installation from 4 to 6 p.m. the day before exhibits opened, and unoccupied space was forfeited at 8 a.m. We send a display that assembles without tools in minutes and a printed layout for your staff.

Dock on West 45th and 46th Streets
Broadway is a pedestrian plaza with no deliveries; trucks reach the Marquis dock from the side streets in scheduled windows.

Logistics for SCC Annual Meeting 2027, handled
The Marriott Marquis on Times Square runs union labor, and its rules shape even a tabletop. Broadway in front is a pedestrian plaza, so exhibit freight comes in at the side-street dock on West 45th or 46th Street during a window booked with the hotel and contractor, then rides a freight elevator up to the meeting floor on floor protection. Power, rigging and audiovisual belong to the hotel or its chosen providers. We build tabletop displays in Fishkill, NY, crate them to the elevator car, and our project manager can meet your team at the Marquis for setup.

Displays, banners and signs may be up to 84 inches tall and must stay within the contracted space, under the 2026 exhibitor agreement. We size the tabletop backdrop to that limit so it reads across the room without crowding the next table.

For ingredient and lab-service suppliers it is a small, technical audience of 1,000+ chemists and R&D leaders, per the SCC, and a tabletop costs a fraction of a trade show booth. It pairs well with a booth at NYSCC Suppliers' Day in June.
