Suppliers' Day 2027 runs June 8–9, 2027, a Tuesday and Wednesday. The floor is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on day one and closes an hour earlier, at 4 p.m., on day two; badge pickup starts at 7:30 a.m. on June 8, per NYSCC.

At the Javits Center, 429 11th Avenue in Manhattan, where NYSCC has booked expanded space for 2027. Badges are picked up in the Crystal Palace on Level 3, and the subway stop closest to the doors is 34 St–Hudson Yards on the 7 line.

NYSCC's 2027 space costs $35.00 per square foot raw or $38.00 furnished, plus $250 for an open corner. A 10×20 is $7,000 raw before the build. A rental booth from us runs $7,500 to $15,000 for a 10×20; a custom 20×20 island is $50,000 to $120,000, before Javits labor and drayage.

For $38.00 per square foot in 2027 you get rail and drape, carpet, an ID sign, a 6-foot draped table, two side chairs, a wastebasket and cleaning. NYSCC offers it only on in-line booths 10 feet deep; raw space comes bare, with no carpet or furniture.

Suppliers to cosmetic chemists: ingredient and active makers, fragrance houses, testing labs, contract manufacturers and packaging firms. The 2026 show counted 663 exhibitors from 64 countries, per NYSCC. The 2027 exhibitor list is live on the show's Map Your Show site.

12,499 attended in 2026, with 15% from outside the United States, per NYSCC. Visitors are formulation chemists, R&D and purchasing teams and indie brand founders, so the conversations at the booth are technical and commercial at once.

The New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists, a chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists. Its show management team sells space and sponsorships, and digital sponsorships run through Map Your Show, the show's floor plan and exhibitor platform.

Your own staff can put up a small tool-free display covering no more than 250 square feet. A Suppliers' Day booth with counters, shelving or lit graphics is union carpenter and electrician work, which we order and supervise as your exhibitor-appointed contractor.

Material handling at the Javits runs about $195 per hundredweight on our 2026–2027 planning figure, billed on at least 200 pounds, and late or uncrated pieces cost extra. Sample kits and literature add weight fast, so we pack them into the booth crates and send a single consolidated load from Fishkill.

Suppliers' Day is a trade event for the cosmetics and personal care industry rather than a consumer show. Attendees register through NYSCC, and the program is built for chemists, suppliers and brand teams, with an SCC Career Fair and a Future Chemist Workshop for students.

onPeak was the only official hotel provider for Suppliers' Day 2026, with separate exhibitor and attendee booking, and NYSCC warns that third-party housing companies are not endorsed. The 2027 hotel page is not confirmed yet; Hudson Yards hotels are a short walk from the Javits.

The INDIE 360° Pavilion showcased new-to-market indie beauty brands in 2026, curated with Access Beauty Insiders, with a People's Choice Award voted by attendees. Catalyst Corner spotlights emerging companies and disruptive technologies. Both bring formulators to the floor looking for partners.

For cosmetic ingredient, fragrance and contract manufacturing suppliers it puts you in front of the chemists who choose them, in one building for two days. NYSCC counted 12,499 attendees in 2026, and 663 exhibitors from 64 countries came to meet them.
